Not sure what the crowd will be for this pre Christmas game. Hopefully though, most will have completed their Christmas shopping!

However, surely the Sittingbourne game should attract our biggest league gate of the season on 2nd January though.

I shall not be able to attend the match as it clashes with our firms Xmas dinner dance at Fairford Glos. and I will be there for lunchtime.

The 5th is going to chance his arm until just after half time then rush round the A2/M25/M3/A322/M4 etc 150 miles to the hotel with drinks at 6.30pm for 7.00pm sit down.

We are relying on The Duke to phone through the final result, which will make the evening if we win, so good luck Darts and make sure you all sing lads. :D

For those of you not attending the DFC dance have a very good Christmas (otherwise I will see you thursday week) and I will look forward to seeing you all at Aveley.

Just whilst the Aveley game has been mentioned the day after Boxing Day, remember that the kick off time has been set for 3-30pm rather than the normal 3pm.

Aveley are hoping that a few Grays Ath fans will come along and watch the game after seeing their team kick off at 1pm.

Saturday will be tough, we are though now, imho, capable of beating anyone at home, we must be full of confidence and should attack them and win, its a great habit winning!

If we're okay on the injury front and everyone plays to their potential, another victory is on the cards. When the attitude's right we can beat anyone in this league and since the attitude has been right quite a lot lately, especially at home, I think we can be optimistic about tomorrow's game. Things are looking up lately, even my brother (Welsh Waffler) is coming and looks like returning to the fold on a regular basis having recently returned to the terraces after quite a lengthy absence. Hopefully he is one of many who are beginning to realise that we have a team worthy of the name Dartford FC again. Up the Darts!

the dray game has proved that TB now has positive options with tommy olsen pushing gary carter , lee craig can play at left back and pushing tommy osborne and pully  is really lively up front [ 4-4-2]

i'm sure it a "problem "  that TB will relish and good news as no one in the team can afford to get complacent

beginning to mature and take shape
