I don't know about the ticker tape Gary, but The 5th might be taking his Peter The Penguin as he's travelling on the coach just like the old days. (Punctures permitting)

I'll be travelling on the coach as well

I'll try and get some ticker tape or something today and spend my evening cutting into black and white pieces :D

I can't wait for tomorrow's game, I hope we have a big turnout. Sad to say that Skip won't be coming as he's having a hip replacement operation at Death Valley Hospital on Saturday. My God, that makes me feel old so Heaven only knows how he feels.

I like the idea of Penguins and tickertape, what about air horns? Lets raise the roof!

I've had no luck getting ticker tape, although I'll try to get an airhorn in the morning. Anyone know where one could purchase one? :)

Cheers, Banksy. A trip to Halfords for me in the morning then! Can someone else get some black and white ticker tape done?

All sounds like a good idea. Doesn't really have to be black and white tho, once its in the air, who can see?  Just rip up some old papers, they are black and white !!

Thank goodness you chose Halford's for an air horn Gary, I'd hate to think of the look's you'd get going into a party shop and asking for an inflateable penguin

Sorry shades of Ann Summers sprang to mind, that's The Duke's influence rearing it's head again :-o, I should have known Banksy would have meant a kiddies party shop with his new found education.

Have a cider for me Banksy good to hear from you.

Sorry to hear Skip's in hospital Spike :-(, if it helps my M.D. (that's managing director not doctor) went in the Tuesday after Easter Monday, had his hip operation the same afternoon and was sitting in a chair the following morning and walking to the W.C..(no real pain though thanks to taking a few tablets no morphine though)

Thursday morning everything functioning correctly so all tubes removed and he was out of hospital back home this Monday and going for shorts walks to the next door neighbours and a few doors up.

Mind you that was Cheltenham Hospital not Death Valley, did he count how many legs he had before he went in.

Well, the polo shirt has been cleansed and is now whiter than before so that's a bit of luck.

Grassbank aims to be there tomorrow - my second away game of the campaign.  I will gladly bring the hunting horn and maybe even a small George Cross that can be hung behind the goal to help the forwards aim.  Have still not mastered the hunting horn (is it an offence to blow one whilst driving? - only joking).  I will be too busy listening to the Blues retaining the title.

Gool luck tomorrow Darts!  Have fun and believe.

Come on you DARTS!
