at the end of last season a 17 year old right winger broke into the waltham forest team.i saw him play 3 times and he was fantastic.very clever and very tricky and confident enough to take and score a penalty.i hear he went to ilford but was injured at the start of the season.if he plays he has to be watched and marked tight for 90 minutes.

We've got 3 very fast & tricky young wingers and if 2 of the 3 play then they will have to look out & try to mark them out of the game for the whole 90 minutes.

Anything they can do, we can do better. :-D

we enjoyed a good little run last year, beating Dover and Margate then losing to AFC Wimbledon after a replay, bank manager happy and a taste of things to come, so lets not make any mistakes, win please.

It will be interesting to see how we fair against Ilford as we were in the same Southern league last year and they are currently 10th in the new Ryman North league this season with a game in hand and a chance to move up to 6th if they win.

So lets hope for a good game and a performance from The Darts that will send Ilford back with a message to those other Essex teams that they should be glad we are not in their league.

trevor i saw ilford twice at the end of last season and whilst i have highligted a good player they may have, i thought they were appalling.i know at this level a few quid can make a helava difference, i would be amazed if they beat us especially as we are better than we were last season.
its not a game i can make but i am going for a dartford win big time.

you are right don, appalling tips and confidence
i had been consistently losing about £50 to £60 per week for at least a month but in the last 10 days i am up at least £100/£120,so i am in a confident mood and very gutted to be missing saturdays great win
will also be going 2-0 on an england win but may change my mind on saturday morning for 3-0

I believe that Tony Burman must be one of the most unlucky FA Trophy players.  To play in four separate semi-final matches (two legged affairs) and not to emerge victorious in any of them must have been a major disappointment during his playing career.  To come so close to the real Wembley twice, onlt to be thwarted at the last.

Good luck to Tony and the team for the match tomorrow.  The final may no longer be at Wembley, but it would be great if Tony were able to lead his team out for a final appearance in the biggest non-league competition.

Get those voices ready for a hammering tomorrow.

Come on you DARTS!
