And a well worked goal it was too. I thought it was a very good team performance considering there were five changes. It was pleasing to see both teams playing football and it was lovely not to have to endure extra time again thanks to Ryan's lovely finish.
On an extra note , having watched every game this year I have to say apart from the odd performance what a joy it is to watch us play such attractive football , may it long continue at PP.

What would be wrong with a home draw against Dover. Would at least guarantee a 4 figure midweek crowd methinks.
I was just concerned at the number of suspensions we might pick up when we kick them off the park.

I have just finished reading through the Tonbridge Angels matchday magazine and have to confess that it’s a riveting and informative read. It’s very well presented and keeps supporters up to date with what’s happening at the club from the boardroom down. It even has a physio section on how players are progressing with injuries.

I can’t see how one person can produce such a polished end product. If we are going to produce anything like the quality of TA programme then I think Tony needs a little more help from us in providing extra content.

I’m not in any way suggesting that Tony doesn’t produce a good programme I  just think he needs a little more help and ideas from us.

Yes having viewed the angels prog, it certainly looks the business, although i did notice it was to be the last one at £1.50.
Food for thought, certainly will look at a regular feature from the board, captains page would be good, if i can pursuade Tommy to do summat. Commercial side, well not much to talk about just yet, but once we move in to PP, yes something we can do. Youth section: if only we couldget someone from each team to do match reports etc, that would also be great. Would love to use colour pics every week,Jack Carters photos are excellent, maybe be able to dont know, depends on numbers i spose. If we were to expand the prog, to include colour each week, which would of course be more expensive to produce, what should the price be?

Personally I wouldn't have a problem paying £2 for a top quality programme week in week out if it's a good read with plenty of info and good pics, but I agree, it's not fair to expaect one person (i.e. Tony) to do it all on his own. I know it's all revenue I guess, but I do get a bit fed up seeing pages and pages of adverts and lists of patrons club sponsors week in week out.

Jack Carters photos are excellent,
I quite agree, but he missed Dave Martin's goal at Croydon. He reckoned there wouldn't have been enough action in the photo as the ball sailed over the keepers head :-o :-) :-)

Hopefully the prog will sell more issues at PP could that be a factor in keeping the cost around £2?

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE TONBRIDGE SET UP LAST NIGHT AND BEST DESCRIBE IT AS " SLICK "

their team played some nice football , even in the last 10 mins [ when they could have just booted it up field], the programme- excellent, the bar , beer range good and service top draw [ had time to casually drink it in half time period] the fans sporting and ground surface good to play football on, not difficult to see how the angels have progressed

i enjoyed my 1st ever visit [ icing ont he cake by playing some good football and winning !!!]

my favourite crack of the night was ,  crowd singing " tonbridge reject to jay may " ,  in the 94th minute 1 bet jay enjoyed it as well !!!!!

the whole evening a credit to non league football
