He may as well pay up now, in fact I'd wager another £10 that he will be there Jan 2008...

tld i am not predicting when chelsea go out.the CL is a lottery at knock out stage and as such very unpredictable, who would have thought porto and liverpool would win it recently and arsenal in the final last year.in august lyon would not have been in the top ten to win it ,now they are some peoples favourite.
no team imo can plan to win the CL ,you simply wait for the draw and play the games with the players you have available on the day.i simply feel that chelseas priorty this season is to win the CL and if they dont that means failure ,and following failure someone is usually for the chop.

i would not call myself a gambling man.at the first knock out stage when liverpool won it for the fifth time you could have had liverpool at 66/1 and i did not bet on them until the final and even that wasnt to win it in 90 minutes, i went outright.if i was forced to go for a winner now i would go real madrid at 12/1 but when they make the draw on friday if real get say chelsea and also the second leg at stamford bridge they could go out to 20/1.so the whole thing is a lottery.

i usually bet fairly small sums on what i consider to be certs and probably win or lose £500 max in a season

Cannot see Jose leaving in the near future, plus i dont think he will leave chelsea until he has achieved his ultimate goal and that is to win the champions league. Which in my opinion he will succeed in this years competition.

COME ON YOU CHELSEA
COME ON YOU DARTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Contradicted yourself there a bit BB, you said you can't see JM leaving in the near future, then you said he won't leave till he's won the Champions League, then you said Chelski will win it this season. SO, he'll be leaving in the summer then ?? I think he'll have one more season...

The Don, I realised what I had put but then couldn`t be bothered to change it. I`ll rephrase what I should have said and that is that Chelsea will win the CL this year and the League and will leave in the summer. Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year to you.

this is to formally advise you that as mr mourino is still gainfully employed by chelsea f c ,  i will be paying mr kebabus [ or in his absence ?,  mr TLD,  a senior member of the wilmington clan ] the £10 that i owe him at the molesey game on saturday 6th january 2007

i shall refrain from any other comments as " sour grapes " is NOT part of my package and i wish mr mourino everything that 90% of football fans would also wish him  !!!!!!!

from the duke at Bearsted !!!!!!!

Abramovic doesn't strike me as a man who is all that patient. I doubt he's got where he has and earned the money he has by being patient. He's accoustomed to getting what he wants when he wants it.

IMO if Chelsea don't win the CL I can see him sacking Jose.
