Will be going if its on but not holding out much hope. Heavy rain forecast and the pitch is already bad. Last thing we need is another game on a pitch like that one on saturday. On a positive note - if the game goes ahead I hope we can make as much noise as we did on saturday. I thought the "We're proud of you" song was a nice touch at the end. Hope to see you all at the ground.

Hoping that the game is off mainly because i cannot make it! Also the pitch there must be as bad as Sittingbourne! Think the inspection is at midday.

If its on then all the best to the Darts, a better performance is needed with a clean sheet needed.

Not that many games left, winning is everything.

Yea - I joined in the we're proud of you song and thought - for what? Then I continued in the context of the whole season not just that game. We'll support you evermore would have been more apt but I couldn't start any songs as everyone else wanted to.

It didn't rain in North Kent, in fact it's been a nice sunny day in Erith upon Thames, but the forecast is bad. I can't see it happening so I'm up for a free entry night at PP if anyone out there can confirm free entry for non-match watchers. Table Football and Pool will be played aplenty and I might have a few beers if I have another day like today.

As much as it sounds a good idea Martin i don't know if it will be free entry as i would've thought that the bar will be in use for the Welling / Thurrock fans which means the only way you'll probably get in is to pay the admission.

Yeah, it was mentioned before in the thread.

Unfortunately, knowing what the Home/Marshlands is like, then I'm guessing it'll be off :(

I do not believe that there should be any chance of this match being played tomorrow.  But that said, I have seen the photos of the Sittingbourne pitch before the match.  Trench warfare would have been our best bet - the Somme all over again.

Come on you DARTS!

Surprise Surprise - Pitch inspection at Sittingbourne!! Bet its called off there tonight (Why I hear you say) because its a Tuesday night and the away team won't have the support that we take away, so there is no financial benefit to playing it.

I know money is tight at this level but playing games on poor pitches doesn't do anything for the players, fans or the standard of football in general. I hope our game is off because I'd rather see teams playing football than a "what defence can hoof the ball the highest competition".

If by some miracle (or another ref who doesn't appreciate the dangers of the playing surface) its on I'll see you all there!

Having driven up through that neck of the woods this morning, and being in Sittingibourne now, I really can't see any chance of either match being on to be honest.
