I'll be coming up from Hampshire on Saturday.  On my own though.  The wife's having her hair done.  The good news is I can shout what I want for once.  Hee hee.

I have noticed from your Met Police Thread that possibly £1200 has been raised by the good people of Dartford FC.

If this is the case, this is a magnificent gesture and we at the Met Police FC thank you all and look forward to entertaining you on Saturday.

Just a note, we have excellent bar and restaurant facilities at the club and I'm sure your supporters will find Imber Court a very pleasant ground to visit.

Once again, may I thank all persons connected with Dartford FC and I look forward to an excellent game. Unfortunately we can only play for 6th place, not the league position we both hoped for but I'm already looking forward to next season.

That's the email I've received from Gavin at the Met Police. Looking forward to Saturday :)

According to the Ryman league and their predicted final table both the Met Police and Dartford will pick up three points each on the final day.Ah well not a lot a lot of point in going now !!

Thames Ditton, I'd have said (though from my A-Z it looks to be on a different line to Esher and I don't know which would be quicker). From Thames Ditton, it's straight out of the station, left into Ember Court Road, over the roundabout at Hampton Court Way (pedestrians beware?) and the ground's just down the road opposite you - 1/2 mile walk?

Thames Ditton takes about 35 mins from waterloo
Esher takes about 20 mins,

Is there a lot going on the train?  What time are you leaving?

Shauny, Not 100% I'm going on the train yet, but will be looking to get the 1.36 outta waterloo if I do?

Terry gonna get to Dartford station about 1230

The trains to waterloo are 12:16 arrives 12:54 or  12:30 arrives 13:12    or 12:36 arrives 13:15

I'm looking to get the 12:30 so if any is going by train that time looking for shine of the bald spot on the platform :-)

Coming home when I get here
