Looking forward to Monday.  I heard Spurs released the squad for the game, anybody know what it is??

Gutted I miss the big one against Palace, so I must be the only one not looking forward to that one.  Well, maybe Ozzy isn't either, he'll have to (try to)mark Davie!!

BUT THERE IS HOPE AS IT APPEARS THAT DAVIE IS ONLY PLAYING ONE HALF , SO A SLY TENNER TO TONY COULD MEAN OZZIE AVOIDS HIM   !!!!!!

ALL T. I.  C . [ PROMISE ]   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys know this is the day when you all realise why I defend Ozzie. Davie won't get past him once.

Constructive criticism?? Don't get it. If it's still criticism, how is it constructive?

According to the Kentish website it says that we'll be wearing our yellow away kit for the game against Spurs.

Don't spurs have any other kit then? xshrug

They probably can't afford another kit after wasting £16.5M and £70K per wk on Darren Bent. Also it will easier for the Spurs fans to pick out which team they should be supporting

Well its close on 40 years that I've been a Darts fan and to my knowledge we've never sold out for a pre-season game before. I always believed that we had a good number of old fans who would return and gates of around 1,000 seemed possible, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect 4,100 just for a friendly. It just makes you wonder how many we could get if space allowed and you could pay on the door!!!

Princes Park has elevated us to a new level and a potential way beyond anything we have ever acieved in the past. Jeremy and his colleagues have created a miracle and I for one will be eternally grateful. I just cant wait for the season to begin.

Spurs............. how many?
« Reply #9 on: July 13, 2007, 12:14:51 PM »

We have had a real problem trying to guage how many progs to print for the Spurs game. So lets all have a calculated guess at the attendance.
I reckon  1125.

Delboy,

At a fiver a head and the fact that it's Tottenham I'd go a lot higher.

I wouldn't be suprised if we get over 2,000. I'd print 2,500 as I'm sure these will become collectors items.

Talking to a Spurs fan at work and it appears that Lennon, Jenas and Berbatov still may not have played any pre-season games yet, so you never know who we might see on Monday.

I hope you're wrong Custard .... as surely that sort of attendance would activate the "all ticket match" clause thereby making it impossible to be ready for Monday night. :police:

Big Crowds ........... who wants 'em, eh?

There appears to be a lot of interest among Spurs fans who do not normally go to regular  games and at £5 I reckon  1400

That is a tricky one...are supporters stopped after the gate reaches 2000? I am not sure a linked 'entrance' computer is in place so how would we know.

The all ticket rule is pants! Next you will be telling me that all div 2 and 3 games in the football league are all ticket! Its a stupid regulation that we could do with not being party to! Some muppet making up stupid rules again!

As for the crowd, between 1000-1500 for me.

Print a thousand and sell them all, in the 21st century is it not possible to have a reprint for those who want one?

As a matter of interest how much will the programme be this season? Charging £2 for one of the best progs in the league seems more than fair?
