CAMBERLEY TOWN (H) 2ND Q THE ROAD TO WEMBLEY CONTINUES ....
« on: September 27, 2007, 11:12:11 AM »

Saturday sees the visit of Camberley Town to Princes Park and the chance to progress to the 3rd Qualifying round . Our visitors have so far drawn at home to Ash United 0-0 before winning the replay 3-0 in the extra prelim round before beating Colliers Wood United 4-2 in the last round.

Hope to see a decent crowd and the boys continue the good work of the past couple of weeks and a return to a good pitch after our visit to Ilford last night . Does anyone have any insight into the dual registration issue of JK and wether he can play on Saturday or not .

See you all there

Wembley , wembley .... its a great big building north of London and they call it Wembley

Looking forward to the game with a chance to progress in the FA Cup, with superb prize money on offer, the further we go the better!

Would think that the crowd on Saturday in the region of 900.

With good play and a bit of luck the FIRST round proper is a real possibility, without Kadi me thinks (hope i'm wrong)

The Camberley forum says they are bringing a supporters coach could we break the 1000 barrier this week?

From what I've heard he's not on a contract with Bromley. He's just signed forms for two clubs in different leagues.
So, although we have a gentleman's agreement with Bromley, it's basically the player's choice.
So, on Saturday we'll see how much he wants to play for us. :|

A supporters coach to us means someone who is training us to support :)

Can't make it myself and am a little disappointed as I have other commitments.  We wanted a decent draw for this round.  Either a side we could beat or one that gets a few fans so we can make a bit of money on it.  Blow me if we didnt only go and get both

Please get as many of your fans in as possible so that we can make some decent cash on it.  It would be most appreciated.  And if you can take it to a replay so that I can come even better.

Krooner, with an anticipated crowd of 900+ (wether that's the 'official' count or the 'FA cup count') it's still a good payday for your club. I would prefer if we didn't go to a replay if you don't mind a straight win will be good for us. And on the back of 2 1-0 hard fought wins both home and away we do not need another replay - sorry.

Don't take any notice, Krooner - we're a very friendly club really. It's just a shame about the catering, though. The Council built and own the ground, so the Council hire the caterers and we have no control over what they serve up - so no burgers and chips, I'm afraid.... But the beer's good.

my pal who lives near [ and supports reading] reckons that camberley have a decent side including a former welsh international [barnard] and an ex reading guy called williams [?] with rufus brevitt [ex QPR] as coach, doesnt reckon he plays any more !!!!!!!!

so we will need to show the same grit , attitude and play as well as we have done over past 4 games to win

my prediction is  " be there or miss a treat "
