I was so proud of the lads last night, I collected my son from The university of Surrey (guilford)on the way to Camberley and the look on his face when we won and the boys all ran to the crowd was worth its weight in gold. They ask why we support the lower leauges, well last night epitomised why.
This is the peoples game now , forget the overpaid prima donnas playing to empty over priced  seats, this game is alive and well.
We endured 120 mins of hard fought non league football , went down to 10(early doors) but toughed it out not in a pretty way but we were never gonna lose it.

Just love the tuesday night ,away games , Come on you Darts !!!

This was a night out that reminded me of the good times.  First to arrive and last to leave, having been locked in the bar some time between 11 and midnight.  We received a warm welcome from the Camberly officials and supporters and they were generous in their hospitality after the match.

The five of us that travelled together wish Camberly a successful season and the best of luck in gaining the necessary funding for the ground alterations.  We carry their best wishes to the Bromley match and hope that we will not let them down.

Come on you DARTS!

That is good of all of you for the best wishes past to us.  As the guy said above Tuesday is why we support non league sides.  Real passion and grit on a wet Tuesday night.  I know the game wasnt the best but it was an evening made for Cup football and it didnt disappoint.  Suspect I may of met you Grassbank and just as a real oddity for you the end the penalties took place is called the Grassbank end to us old Camberley fans because that is what used to be there.  Just a grassbank.  So we clearly are meant to be friends :)

Slopey, i didn't get to the replay but I did see the first game and I thought that your team would easily hold it's own in the ryman south( where we were last season). We have a lot of new fans at Dartford since the new ground opened last November and we need them, almost all of our away support is the hardcore fans who followed the club at Gravesend and Purfleet etc when the gates were around 250-300 ,we are very passionate about our club and most of us remember freezing at Ashford and Molesey last season.I am very glad we managed to get through on Tuesday but I too wish you and your club all the best for the future, one word of advice ,stick to knocking it about and cut back on the physical stuff cos that will only get you so far at the end of the day!!!

Unless of course you are playing Le Dovre as they love to watch that kind of game. They will never forget you for it and continually post about the game for years after :-D :-D :-D

Constructive criticism?? Don't get it. If it's still criticism, how is it constructive?

Well said Sir..For a long time now I have firmly believed that the Premiership is like the "Emperors New Clothes"....nobody is prepared to own up to what an overpriced pile of sh*te it really is.

Just returned from head office so I am catching up on the postings, I didn't get home from the match until midnight and was up the following day at 5.00a.m. to drive to Fairford, yes back round the M25 -M3 and off at Bracknell just one junction from Camberley, I should have organised a better routine.

A great atmosphere generated almost entirely from the Darts travelling support and lots of incidents until the final result arrived.

Good to hear that we had nearly 150 fans on the website waiting for news, perhaps a few more will travel to Bromley in the next round.

The referee was worse than Saturdays and whilst not appreciating Jay's actions he was severely provoked and had already been on the receiving end of several bad tackles prior to his sending off with most going unpunished and no bookings for the opposition, but Jay had to go no arguement.

For me the M.O.M. even taking into account the penalty saves from Kessie was Flannigan who didn't put a foot wrong all night and who rounded off the evening by scoring the vital winning goal.

Richard Avery playing in a strange position for him at left midfield performed very well and gave us a bit of added bite, up front Cassie yet again absolutely ran his socks off until being substituted and overall the back four ensured that Kessie had little to do until the penalties.

Great to see Ryno back out on the field and a bold substitution from Tony which saw us offered a lot more options for attacking and Ryno relished the opportunity to perform, a little rusty as you would expect but still he looked dangerous whenever he received the ball.

After extra time around 100 of our fans who were in the stand behind the bottom goal stood poised to sprint up the other end should the referee decide that the top goal would be used, but he saw sense and chose our end, I'm sure this was a crucial factor for the penalties taken.

Prior to Coyle taking the first penalty all of us were chanting "Coyle Coyle" and he fired it into the corner, then no booing or abuse towards their penalty taker just "Kessie Kessie" as Barnard ran up and scored(then we abused him for his gestures), same again second time "Norman Norman" goal, then more "Kessie Kessie" and a tame shot but well saved, third time "Eddie Eddie" goal again and yes "Kessie Kessie" and an even better save from a good shot, now up steps Flannigan we all knew  goal number four and it was all over "Flannigan Flannigan" and as he went to strike the ball the keeper made a decisive move towards his left and was commited and we all watched the ball struck cooly and clinically to the right with the keeper having no hope.

Cue the entire team going mad and running to all us fans behind the goal with mass hugs, jumping up and down and shouting with joy, a magnificient gesture to the fans by the team and management.

Well done Darts, bring on Bromley and alot more travelling fans please, so that they to might hopefully savour and enjoy another celebration after a winning the game.
