Well roll on Tuesday night must admit that i feel sorry for Ryno this poor lad gets injured pre season friendlys and then comes back but has a couple of poor games he was so unlucky today he couldnt get too near anything without it going wrong.

He needs some more games under his belt and the amount of games we have at the moment that will soon come his way stick with it it will happen.

Don't think any keeper had to much to worry about. Kess for me MOTM today he jumps into any tackle.

i don't think i'd every say we missed Jay May but today we did. :-o

Hornchurch was just an average side for me with nothing special and i think we could turn them over at the Park.

Stand out moment for me as we left the ground, some little Urchin made what he must have thought was a cunning comment. "Did you win the league today lads?" , "You what?" was the reply - " You celebrated like you'd won the league"

THAT WASN'T CELEBRATION PAL (as Duke would say) THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL SUPPORT! It would have been the same win or lose too. I know most sets of fans think they are special, BUT WE REALLY ARE SPECIAL.

And as for the idiot in the yellow Megane - don't you enjoy life?

bromley and now hornchurch seem to think that we believe it is our " cup final " when we played them

they should have been at ILFORD on that cold , wet ,  midweek night when the darts fans made the same volume of noise for a bog standard RLN1 game

THATS WHAT MAKES THE DARTS FANS SO SPECIAL AND WHAT OTHER " FANS ??" CANNOT GET THEIR HEAD AROUND

the dart fans are decent guys and girls who are noisy but a credit to the club and will always get a good welcome away from home

SAME NOISE LEVEL AND SUPPORT ON TUESDAY PLEASE   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"The attendance of 636 was disappointing, with the away support falling a long way below expectations".

That's from the 'official' Hornchurch report! (lifted from the forum?) Expectations? Blame your own support mate, only about 430? Premier league, YOU ARE HAVING A LAUGH

"Dartford’s one hundred travalling band of supporters were well pleased with the result"

Arrogant and slightly blind springs to mind!

What should our expectations be of your support Tuesday then?

I suppose it is difficult to get passionate about a 3 year old club.

It may or may not be significant that the bloke who wrote the ridiculously biased and saw edged report on the game seems to be a fan of da herb.

I would be surprised if they bring 50 to PP and I hope the stewards are tough on those idiots who think it is 'hard' to attempt to avoid the smoking ban. Oh and parking stewards (pointy people) , don't let in a yellow Megane unless you want people run over and cars dented.

I am sorry to see that you are now resorting to silly tribalistic abuse after what was a good day for all.....the post above this one just about puts it in perspective...

good night to you all and good luck on tuesday...

I reckon we had about 200 supporters around the ground today,  or about 30% of the official gate!

For the Hornchurch supporters coming straight from work on Tuesday by train the fasttrack bus (route b I think) comes straight to the stadium from the station.  The car park is likely to be full by 7:15, other parking is available near the town centre.

Please see the official website www.dartfordfc.co.uk for directions. The ground regs are under club, as the stadium is enclosed with a continuous roof  and in common with all Dartford Council buildings national no smoking regulations are enforced, but gates are open at half time for those who wish to smoke.

Despite one supporters concern neither the stadium nor the wooden man will mess with your heads, but hopefully for us as the lower league team and under dog the result willl.

This game resembled last week except 1) Bromley were a better side. 2) No penalty this time around to decide it!

We went there for a result and got it, Hornchurch didn't create that much to be honest, Kessie only had to make one serious save!

636 at the game, fair turnout from the Darts, would say around 175 from Kent.

Shame about the home cries of 'you Dartford inbred Cun@~!!

Hornchurch, see you at PP, a real proper football stadium!!

Uncle Urchin, the beer was ok and the bar good, some of your fans were over the top with their remarks though!

Tell everyone its FATrophy time Tuesday, we need more than 636!

Darts should play more attacking football in the replay!

right firstly hornchurch dont insult us about being incest theres only one club that are and thats dover .
secondly we always sings and applaud our team off at the end
thirdly we outsung u today and u had a drum ur crowds are poor for premier level

one good thing to come out of ur club are the ladies alot more of them and fitter than at the darts
well done today lads especailly flanagan , kadi also showed his class with his first touch and range of passing lets win tuesday for banksy

Gary, I only mentioned messing with heads because I care and one poor chap has posted on the Horncurch messageboard about having had his head messed with at PP, what with having to walk down steps once in the ground,  Woody , national no smoking regs and his desire to eat stale pasties at the end of the game.

Hornchurch fans you will be made very welcome at Princes Park and in our two bars and its not at all like a scene from the Wicker man..................................  (or is it!)
