I thought the lads looked tied tonight and i hope its not a case of playing to many matches in a short period of time. On a positive point it was another clean sheet made even better by the fact that Guest and Avery were both missing tonight.

First time i have never stayed and clapped the lads of tonight. Was very disapointed  but we did not do anything tonight we never looked like we was going to get anything and i would have never took Jay off should have played 3 up front we had nothing to lose.

well on to Saturday hope the team turn up, because that was poor today. Tommy O my man of the match.

Come on Darts we are better than this.

Poor game all round both sides tried but as the game went on 0-0 looked the on the cards.Good to see Tommy back played like he,s never been away pity some of the other players didn,t play as well. Not naming names but can you tell me if we wanted to win the game why did Tony put on Brad instead of Yohance at the start of the second half if we dn,t give him a run in the side lets see what he can do,still at least we didn,t lose .See you all at the birthday party on Saturday.UP THE DARTS

I spent most of the game bemoaning our lack of ambition to win this game and even commented that I'd rather lose trying to win than just play tight for a draw. However, a 20 minute walk home has cleared my head a bit.

We have just drawn a game against a team with an excellent record this season and managed that with a patched up defence. That has got to be worth some praise.

Some times people fail to notice that what you do off the ball is just as important as what you do with the ball. I fully expect a few people to come on here saying Edgeware didn't play well and we were just as bad. BUT, off the ball their positional sense was excellent. If we did have any ambition to try to win the game our opponents just stifled it and their defensive record illustrates this. I think they were the best organised team we have played this season.

As a West Ham fan, I am used to being a mid-table team that gives it a go when tough opposition are played. Every now and then it works and you get your win, most of the time you lose but you go down fighting offering at least a glimmer of entertainment.

For DFC this season, we do not have that luxury. There is a job to be done and we simply can not risk losing to teams that will be up there come the end of the season. Although it may not go along with my ethos of attacking, entertaining football, this season we have to get out of this league and to achieve that, we will have to endure some more boring matches such as that today. We can not give a free card to our closest rivals.

So my conclusion is, well done TB for orchestrating a sensible result towards our aims for the season. I can't bring myself to vote for a MOTM though.

Not negative just an honest opinion---Thought we were 2nd best tonight against an Edgware side who caused us all sorts of problems especially down the right flank-they looked very comfortable on the ball and if I'm honest I'm happy to take a point especially the way Edgware started--they'll be there or thereabouts at the end of the season ---saying that don't think we did ourselves justice ---we're better than we performed tonight--I can't remember us having a decent chance all night----  special mention for Jamie Coyle who I thought did well as an emergency centre back.

Well if we finish above Edgware we will win the league they are quick team with pace throughout. This is the kind of game we would have lost last year, so is it a point gained or 2 lost?

could someone explain to me why ryno gets a game at all?supposedly he terrifies defenders but its him who looked terrified tonight.he made no attempt to take the ball past anyone, ducked every tackle and was the laziest player on the pitch.compare his performance to brendan cass who chased and harried and went for every ball.im sure if there was a worst man of the match ryno would win hands down.does anyone know whats wrong with him?

edgware are a super super side.i was amazed how quickly they closed us down and how they ran off the ball.if they keep this team all season we are all playing for a playoff position.they gave us a lesson and we now have to strive to be better than them or its no top spot for us.their 5 was  outstanding and without doubt they are the best team i have seen us play in the league for a long time.
however we got a point which is great and tony now knows what he has to do to get in front of them.
as for tommy os when i first came back to watch dartford in what was tonys first season of this stint i thought tommy was our best player once syko left but as things have developed i thought we had improved to such an extent that we had gone beyond his level.but he was a giant today as a full back and his covering across the back was sensational.motm without a doubt.well done tommy.

we ground out a point tonight as in football terms edgware were a class above us with pass and move but dont underestimate the darts defence and remember that jamie coyle is a class centre back and him and flanagin were very solid with great back up from the other 3 in the last line of defence

at he end of the day edgware seldom looked like scoring and nor did we so no sour grapes and it was a good point for us

i feel desperately sorry for tyno and he is so out of sorts and i just cannot believe that he is enjoying his football , surely a couple of games with the u21s would help him regain his confidence and touch and i cant remember the last time he skinned the full back which was his trademark until he got the injury

as a die hard fan , a great point ,  as a neutral i would have been p....d off  paying £9 to watch a very unentertaining game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the choir had some fun with the edgware keeper, all good natured , he took it well , flapped a couple of times but kept a clean sheet

game over onward to waltham abbey on saturday which WILL be a better game

MOTM , just by a whisker , jamie coyle

Edgeware were good   we were poor        I felt sorry for a number of floating darts fans who came tonight and didnt see anything from us at all

Did we have an attempt on target ?

Kadi and Ryno    sort it out

Tommy O  great game and with Jamie Coyle we looked secure but we did miss Guestys presence

Being totally honest, the only positive from tonight was a point

We still have a way to go. Bring on Saturday.
