from chats at the game yesterday it looks like a really good number of [ AWAY] guys will be going and i'll bet that the noise levels will be the best yet , assuming there is a tin enclosure we can get under

our boys must be on a high and the support they'll get will be important

Their ground looks pretty ropey from the A12, it looks like the only cover for standing supporters is a small terrace behind one goal which I cant see being able to accommodate all the Darts choir !

A very small but covered terrace behind the goal just right for glory runs and long renditions of Tony Burmans Black & White Army!

Pitch looked ok when I saw it few weeks back so fingers x'd it can take the rain as good to get the game played with the Darts in top form at moment.

Heavy rain is forecast for saturday, need to keep an eye on official website for updates on pitch condition at Brentwood.

Brentwood are one of the teams who could overtake us if they win their games in hand, but their home record is not that impressive- played 8, won 3, drawn 3, lost 2, 13 goals for, 12 against, 12 points. They have gained more points away from home, from fewer games.

Although born and bred in Dartford I have been living in Brentwood for the last 29 years,  in all those
years I have religiously followed the Darts home and away, with home games being a 50 mile round trip.
Anyway you guessed it I am traveling out to USA on business on Saturday so cannot make a game that is
two miles down the road.
The only challenge the Choir should have on Saturday is making themselves heard over the traffic noise from the
A12 that runs right behind the ground.

Please cheer the lads on to victory for me.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the game will be played as I'm hoping to make the trip from Hampshire - weather and M25 permitting. 

Should be an interesting game.  I thought the Enfield game would be close, so what do I know?  Don't want to tempt fate, but if we can remain unbeaten in December, then we'll be in a strong position.
