Dartford vs Dover KSC 11/12/07
« on: December 09, 2007, 02:09:48 PM »

Wondered weather the ground will be sectioned off again?  hopefully not. Dont think it is really necessary, if any xdover fans turn up. Shame i was looking forward to the croud banter . Cant really understand why they wouldn't want to support there team even if it is just a reserve team playing in the KSC, if this was an away fixture i wouldn't want to miss it.

Its county cup time, would expect  xdover to field a mixture of fringe players and reserves for this one, as for us maybe a few more of the first team to play bearing in mind our postponment on Saturday? Whatever sides turn up (if the game goes ahead?) its sure to be a good game!

xdover fans seem to be avoiding coming to PP for some really stupid reasons! Section them off? Yeh in a phone box!

It's their loss, just goes to show what 'true' supporters they are. Mind you having said that it is a 'long' way to come.

What could you mean Eagle? A long way to come? Or a long way to come to lose? Either way, for whatever their reasons, the less the merrier.

I think we need to spread the word that even though it's only a 'county' cup, there is a good chance we may field a few first teamers after yesterday's cancellation. We've got to try and match if not beat last tuesdays crowd.

I think the entire stadium will be open, there is no plan for any segregation and all supporters are very welcome.

Its not the time for selective memories, things have happened at both grounds which should not have happened and this will be an excellent opportunity to move on from those events.

Both clubs are well supported and going well in their respective leagues and neither need off field rubbish to get in the way of that.

No problems envisaged, the last game at PP was only about the 3rd game at the stadium, hopefully most of the teething problems have been addressed.

Looking at the weather and the state of the pitch i don't really think we should play it.

It's not up to standard for a Senior match like that - no stand, or seating areas etc. It's up to reserves standard.
