WARE AT HOME SAT 22ND MARCH--BRING A FRIEND
« on: March 06, 2008, 01:30:38 PM »

Easter weekend. Bright sunshine surely?? (maybe asking too much)
In Laws round for the weekend?
Nothing good on Television and the big 4 all playing on a Sunday leaving Middlesbrough Vrs Derby or some such rubbish for Gillette Soccer Saturday to ponder over so how about...

Dartford Vrs Ware. If ever a game was going to produce excitement and goals at our level then this is it. I make it 4 goals a game these two sides games average in the league this year so....

Let someone know maybe a lapsed Dart, fan of the premierships top 4, someone yet to visit PP, Someone whos read about Dartford this season but has never quite got round to going or even better a new young fan who wants to watch his/her fist game 'live'

Get them through the turnstyles on the 22nd it should be a great game!! (and another Dartford home win??!?!?)

Unfortunately Spurs are at home (12.45ko) so I won't get there without the aid of a helicopter but I have a friend over from New Zealand who will hopefully pop along to take my place on the terrace and keep the numbers up.

I'm on a stag do on the 22nd with Ginger Matt, the plan is is to meet at PP at 12.30 then watch the 12.45 game then out to watch the mighty Darts and then back in the bar after before heading down into Dartford for the evening, well the short of it is, that there will be at least 6 extras that will be with us that do not usually go.

Unfortunately he is generally a bad luck omen and disaster follows him around. The first Darts game I took him to was v Chelmsford at Welling in 1992, the last game before the wilderness years - I have blamed him ever since. We took him to Bury on Saturday and managed to come away relatively unscathed though.

Hi, I will be looking to come to PP for the Ware game by train but I cannot find any directions to your ground on the official website, just a couple of not very helpful maps. Can anyone help please?

If you come out of Dartford station, and follow the signs for the bus-stops, a Fastrack bus (Route B) runs right to the ground, which has a stop named Princes Park.

It's a matter of moments from the station to the stops.

Buses normally at ten minutes intervals. About five minutes from the stop near the station to the ground.

Is it just me or is anyone else a little nervous of being introduced to Banksy's new weapon :-o
