Playing sides in the Premier Div.95% of games get watched by other sides and any area a bit weaker are looked for and played on.In our Division it`s more like 40%(tihs does not include our management that is one  reason why we are where we are)

ie Junior not fit or quick it will be seen and acted upon by other sides etc etc

I will say the first game he played for us he was superb and I was looking forward to him joining the squad and when Tony got his man I was delighted. As has been said by most he either is not fit not fast or a bit of a cruising streak in him. What ever it  is For his sake I hope Tony sorts it before next year. The ability is obvious as is the lack of  pace.

I would like to know the amout of goals and hence points against us from goals outside the box.The reason I mention this is if Juniors man gets infront of him in the Premier he will get a strike at our goal .Like the other week when junior passed it badly in midfield and they scored a wonder goal.

After all that I am a Junior fan but something is missing perhaps a preseason will find it.

as you can see duke i did want to be over the the top a bit just to make the point.
i have never compared the centre mid merits of eddie and junior and if you ask me they are both very good players and any manager worth his salt finding these two in the same squad would surely be committing an act of folly by not finding them both a position in the side

I've just finished reading your comments on J K , I'm not a fan like most of you. Yes he stood out in pre season, but since leaving Bromley to join us I have not been impressed. I think he has the ability and at times it does shine through, but not enough for my liking.  When Eddie's fit and playing I would much prefer to see Mark Green playing with his speed and commitment down the left.

In Juniors defence he has had injury problems during a very busy season and probably hasnt been able to do the hard training which would shift some of the timber as we have been playing twice a week/had some tough games when rest not extra training is required....I reckon a good pre season will sort that out and that he wont be carrying as much next season!

He will have to be sharper next year but then the whole squad will have to be!

His set piece delivery is excellent and he does offer something a little different but he will need to do some graft in pre season and I reckon he will!

I think Junior is one of those sort of players who will actually settle down better in a higher division.

He actually dropped down to Rymans Division 1 and would have only played for the Darts at this level. I'm sure he will be much more at home up in the Premier division, as will those other players who Tony has signed with higher level experience such as Guestie, Coyle etc.

Oh dear, am I making assumptions that we are Premier division bound!!! Put it this way - I'm very very hopeful! Edgware here we come!

??? spike i cant help thinking if mark green could croos the ball like ryan giggs how phenomenal he would be and if rio could read a game like bobby moore and if michael owen had the passion of maradona and if pele was as tall as peter crouch.........meanwhile we will have to make do with junior orchestrating nearly all our goals but its a crying shame he doesnt run around full pelt like a headless chicken

You can't make yourself taller and generally speaking, although practise helps you improve, you can't teach yourself to be talented, it's just something you're born with.

Greenie gets the absolute maximum out of what he has available. JK, despite having been blessed with so much natural talent, doesn't! A lot of us believe that JK's "lack of pace" is simply down to fitness, and that he can easily rectify should he so desire.

Your "headless chicken" comment is silly and suggests to me you have no valid counter-argument.

Spot on Spike, nobody is anti Kadi it is recognised that he has the talent but hasn't always shown it this season, plus his fitness has found him lacking especially if he has to chase back.

At times he seems to lose concentration and is slow to react to counter attacks and he gives the ball away too easily with some of his flicks and passes, but when he is on form and successful with those deft touches, long cross field passes, crosses from free kicks and of course the goals he has scored then that is the Kadi we want to see.

Provided he can get back to full fitness during the close season and regains the extra speed he needs then I would agree that he will be comfortable in the premier and a great asset alongside Eddie, if not then Greenie with his absolute dedication to give 100% and YoYo with his already proven skills will be pushing him hard.

spike my headless chicken point is not silly and also not directed against any particular player, the point i am making is that many fans expect junior to do things alien to his normal play but do not direct the same type of things to other players  eg you all seem to want junior to run around a lot at speed, but you dont expect OB to do same, you dont expect greenie to score a goal or cross the ball 6 times a match, you dont expect jay to twist past someone whilst controlling the ball on his thigh
many fans dont seem to understand that different players do different things and yes, i do feel for some unknown reason that there is an element of anti-kadi around which i find offensive. Next season will show what players are really capable of!

After speaking to Junior after the Tilbury match and in particular on playing on the left side, he feels so strongly about the Darts that he would ( & could) play left back or anywhere else to be in the team!! He will become a legend & I was hoping his loyalty is proof to his commitment to the Darts xbow xbow
