It's spelt WILLIAMS but pronounced LEWIS.

If everyone edited their posts after they appeared on the forum even our site would crash

It never happened.  xwhis

It seems that Tilbury do have something to fight for. With Wivenhoe getting a point at Potters Bar in front of a crowd of 39 (back to normal then.....), which means Tilbury are only 2 points ahead of Wivenhoe. I'm sure that they will not want to drop to County football, and will put up a fight on Saturday.

So we all have to be aware and focus on this important game.

on paper it looked like we had the easy route but with teams fighting to stay up its game on.

Lets do wivenhoe a favour and stuff Tilbury and win this F#####g League.

Just joined the forum. Been a Darts supporter since the late seventies and have never yet seen us win a title. Can't wait till Saturday, especially as Sudbury dropped points again last night.

I was waiting for someone to spot that and to be honest... I can't remember where I was in 1984. I think took a 'gap' year or two from football and started watching again when Peter Taylor arrived. So my 'watching the darts since the late seventies' stetement does include the odd gap year or two.

I will take the league title any way it comes but I am not too comfortable relying on other peoples results,
so lets get back on track this Saturday with a good win and go on to win the title in style.

Lets forget about doing any favours for other clubs, the only club we should be doing favours for is ourselves, Tilbury will have a game plan but if we play our own game then we should give them something to think about, whatever happens in the other games on saturday we can go a long way to making sure of the title by getting 3 points ,we must hold our nerve,we are the best team in this league and now is the time to prove it.

I feel the pressure's off the lad's a bit now, so if they go out and play the way we all know they can, then 3 points are our's.    Very soon we will be LEAGUE CHAMPIONS weve got to be patience.

We thought the pressure was off a bit once before, when Bury beat Sudbury. A few days later we lost at home to Brentwood, Sudbury won, and we were back to the same points gap between the two teams.
