RRP £9.50 (£1 from every sale donated to AfriKids)
At the beginning of the 2007-08 football season, Andy Ollerenshaw went to an Extra Preliminary Round FA Cup tie at his local club Chertsey Town, which heralded the start of a remarkable journey that culminated in a visit to Wembley Stadium for the FA Cup Final between Cardiff City and Portsmouth: sixteen games and 2,354 miles later via Kent, Sussex, Teesside and Wales. However, Wick To Wembley? is more than just an account of those games. Andy's FA Cup odyssey serves as the unifying theme for a much deeper personal view of not only the the World's oldest and most famous knock-out competition; but also the current state of our "National Game", a view that one suspects, is shared by many football fans everywhere.
Wick To Wembley? is the second publication from Centre Circle Publishing, and is available by mail order from the CCPub website:?
