Have a win to go with it? A goal or three would be nice. Here's hoping!

I was never happy at school. This one time the headmaster called me into his office. I was terrified. My friend jimmy went to his office and he could'nt sit down for a week, so I'm thinking please, please don't let him find me sexually attractive.

For me the noticeable difference so far in this league is our opponents are much more comfortable in possession and the pace of the games is quicker. Confident we will get a result against Hastings but we must keep the ball better as we have been punished for giving it away. We must also stop conceeding too many free kicks in our own half.

I will upset a few again and pick my team to play Hastings:-

                           KESS
 COYLE    FLANNERS    GUESTY    KETCHELL
BUTTERWORTH    BARNES    DAFTER    RYNO
                          NOBLE
                           CASS

NOT with you on this one WW , the GK and back 4 , YES but the middle 4 for me are [ right to left] butterworth , dafter , barnes , noble , front 2 cass and haworth !!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY   ?????????

dafter and barnes can seal the middle up with support from noble who can keep switching in front of them and butterworth playing right side of midfield and switching to the left when required , i believe that cassie needs a big man up front and haworth is the only option and as yet we dont know how good he is in the [ jay may role ] cause he hasnt played it yet

the ryno fans will shout " shock horror " but performances so far have NOT guaranteed him a starting place and he would be dangerous coming off the bench

ALSO

we are at home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry got carried away there, put the left footer on the right and the right footer on the left :-D :-D
Don't really think it matters as TB often gets the wide men to switch anyway.

What's your team

Another strong looking line up and wouldn't mind too much if TB stated with that, but from what i have seen so far i like Noble in the middle where he has a bit more freedom.
I agree Cass would benefit from a partner and as yet we haven't really seen Haworth play alongside him but i would still get Cass to start up front alone on Saturday, in time that may change.

I WASNT SUGGESTING PUSHING LEE NOBLE OUT ON EITHER WING JUST THAT ON OCCASIONS HE COULD " FLOAT " INTO THAT SPACE AND THAT BUTTERS COULD OPERATE AS " TRADITIONAL WIDE MAN EITHER SIDE

sorry about capitals [ didnt look until end of post and too lazy to change  it] !!!!!

whatever side tony picks i will be there , just my thoughts ??????????????//

Interesting debate and to see how much our teams vary, wonder how many teams TB has picked in his mind this last week or so??

PS. Woody i know fortune favours the brave and i like a positive team selection but that really is POSITIVE.

i think barnes has been our second best player so far this season, but for me you have to play ryno and butterworth, and i think with noble in the hole behind the front two, he would more than cover the middle, blimey he can run all day long. having said all this will support any team tb puts out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! up the darts  xtip

i really dont know yet WW i need to see a few more games.but what i know is ,i worry about the size of our keeper and sometimes the pace of a centre halfs but i think we can just get away it.
i dont think barnes is good enough for dfc (that should upset a few people but sorry its my opinion)
and no way can we play cass up front on his own
and finally noble and hayes are must to start because where else does creativity come from
