Dave you do make good clear points at times, just hard to accept reading them! Please oh lordy, let our Darts have the rub of the green and let us go on a long unbeaten run!

staines are a very good side and it is NOT time for trying out new formations , we have several injuries/suspensions so the team will almost pick itself

i reckon we just need to cut out the basic  defensive errors that have cost us dear so far and play solid , i would like a 4 4 2 with cassie and haworth up front but  whatever system we play ,  we will do well to come home with a point

however ,  funny old game and who knows ???????????

just lets hope that 100s of dart fans travel  , get behind the team  ??????????????

see you there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be there Saturday  :-)

Think we'll struggle to come away with any points from this game as Staines are still unbeaten.
Hopefully we'll at least get an improved performance, travel in large numbers and show the lads we are behind them all the way  xnod xnod

Gotta agree wiv one of Jeremys previous posts, "you have to admit it's first-rate entertainment" I dont think we've played in a game so far this season that hasnt gripped us all. It's true we havent had the rub of the green but if the old saying 'it all evens itself out at the end of the season' is true, we'll be ok.

So heres looking forward to another exciting Saturday, finishing with all our players on the pitch, no more injuries and anything in the way of points would be a bonus.

I'll be there with The 5th and I understand that The Duke is travelling under his own steam and will be bringing one of his customers with him.

I would think that the "natural" replacement would be one of either White or Cass to replace Barnes (depending on how Staines have been lining up), and Ketchell to come in if Flanagan injured.

Hoping to get to the Staines game.

Does anyone need a lift?

If so drop me a PM by 11.00 AM or give me a call on 07847 139780

I'm a bit frightened on my own :-(

As a regular non-traveller (for various personal reasons I won't go into here), I shan't be at the Staines game tomorrow (or this arvo as it is now). But I feel like the kid who used to live around the corner from me in our pre-secondary school days who, when he wanted something desperately, would clasp his hands together, close his eyes, look up to heaven and loudly exclaim: "Please, God, oh please, God, please let ...[whatever it might be] ..."

I shall be doing the same thing at least mentally (if not actually!) from 3.00 pm in the afternoon. Don't let me down, God (even though I don't believe in you).

Agreed Don.  This will be my first game since returning from holiday so I'm really hoping for a good performance.

And this is my most "local" match this season, so I'll be there at around 13.30.  If you read this Trevor or Eagle88, give me an update on what I've missed since the Dover game.

I won't be there this afternoon, can't manage away games yet due to injury. I've kept quiet so far this season as i haven't had much possitive to say, and i hate stating the obvious.........especially when that means criticing the team. I can just say i hope for the best, but fear for the worse. You get a different perspective on the game watching from the half way line (as opposed to from behind the goal), and from there i've seen us outplayed in stretches a few times this season. I haven't lost faith, and i dare say TB and the lads haven't. Good luck Darts.
