It's not about the long ball or the short ball it's about the right ball!

Agreed, its is more positive and shows we are not afraid of the opposition.

My team would be...

               Kessell

Coyle   Guest   Flanagan   Ketchell

Hayes   Dafter   Noble   Day

           Cass   Haworth

With noble helping the front two and dafter protecting the back 4!

I think Flan has a bad back still!

If Flanners is unavailable then i would put Coyle centre back and Ozzie right back.

I think we should at least try 4 4 2 and see how we get on because the other way just doesnt seem to be working.  xshrug

I know many wont agree but I'd like to see Ibraheim given some time between the sticks, even if it's just for one half. Kessie isnt having the best of times right now and I think if anything happened to him in the way of injury we'd have a very inexperienced replacement.

Anyway, whatever formation and whatever players, I'll be there like hundreds of others cheering them on to hopefully 3 points.  xbop xbop xbop

Second from bottom  :? we're better than this!!  xnod

I started singing "Come on you Darts" this morning (as you do  xwhis) and my 3 year old began a chorus of "We are top of the league"......I just haven't got the heart to tell her....... ...Come on Dartford, our season starts now !!!

We are top of the league.... the average home attendance one!

Won't be after tuesday though.

Putting Ibrahim in at a point where the pressure is on would not be sensible. You need an experienced head that knows this level of football like the back of his gloves. You don't need a young lad without a minute played at any reasonable amateur level thrown in behind the shakiest and most juggled defence in the league.

2-1 win Kess to save last minute penalty - I'd love it.

After declaring my undying love for Kess, I see Matt Reed has landed back on the planet - strangely at Sittingbourne. I have to say that would be a tasty prospect, he is a very good young 'keeper.

Maybe not a 'real six pointer' this early in the season but at least a '4 pointer'?!?

Performances are getting better and what better way to prove that than with a much needed first home win of the season!!!

Well we could keep making the same mistakes and "hope that we get some luck" but personally I favour the old fashioned method of playing better than our opponents.
