Can anyone elaborate on who James Taylor is. i'm assuming he's from the reserves. Big lad! In fact that's something the Billericay guys remarked on was the size of our players.
3 league wins on the spin, great.

There's a separate thread on who James Taylor is - it's currently at the bottom of page 2. Towards the end of thread (page 3) it transpires he plays for the U21s (and has been knocking in goals for fun, by the sound of it)

Many thanks,

looked a big lad but quite quick for the short time he was on the pitch. There I am doubting and worrying about our lack of fire power up front and the lack of a big forward and TB comes along and brings in another youngster. I should have known, he's good at that.

Went to help my brother-in-law celebrate his birthday with a few home made cocktails last night and my cab driver was Terry Ratchford's dad!

a great evening at which a brand new cocktail was invented to celebrate both the birthday and our win. I have christened it the "Blue Dart".

you put one shot of peach schnapps and one shot of blue curacoa into a champagne flute and fill the glass with chilled Spanish Cava sparkling wine. It's blue and full of fizz, a bit like us away from home.

Andy Taylor got my vote for MOTM aswell for 2 great reaction saves and the penalty block.  Danny Dafter also deserves a mention as he was everywhere winning crucial tackles with Razor a close third for the problems he caused the home defence.

Keep it going lads as we are starting to get the results our overall standard of football this season has hinted we can achieve.  The defence is still not convincing but a few more cleansheets may help to dispell my concerns  xnod

Lots of positve comments on the Billericay forum about our fans such as below--

The Dartford supporters were a great bunch, lots of characters of all ages, and they spent a few quid in the bar as well,  good luck chaps, I'm looking forward to the return leg

They reckon we put 350 on the gate

Yes Andy Young MOM without doubt, but there were a whole squad of heroes for me, at last we are getting a little bit of good fortune to go with the hard work and talent we have on the park.Razor was always a thorn in Billericays side and I thought that TB got it spot on by bringing on Ryno as an outlet .I would agree with a previous post that in these situations we do need to keep hold of the ball in the last 10 mins and not give it away cheaply. A fine result against a good side who were unbeaten at home until the Darts came to town.On to Margate,it won't be easy cos they are fighting for their lives both on and off the field.COYDsssssssssssssssss

Another great result from the lads. A few breaks went our way perhaps, but it was nonetheless a very good team performance and we deserved our 3 points. Billericay looked good in the first half but gradually they became more and more frustrated and we finished the game as the better side. Darts' lead never really looked threatened in the second half.

I was pleased with Flanners, I thought he had a good game. Razor was very good up front and never stopped working. Danny Dafter however, was my pick of all the outfield players and put in another absolutely excellent performance. Normally that would have won him MOTM were it not for the outrageously brilliant goalkeeping performance from Andy Young ... the clearest MOTM since records began .... if you voted for someone else then you clearly weren't watching.

Couldn't make the match was at a wedding.  After watching the highlights have voted for Andy. Good to hear and see that our defence played so well long may it continue.  Looking forward to Margate!!!
