Richard Avery, Nick Barnes and Adam Burchell have all appeared for Margate in pre-season friendlies.

Burchell never got a break because he wasn't good enough and thats why he is on trial at teams like Margate which is probably his natural level at the moment.

Jack Pallen showed more in 4 games last season that Burch did during his entire stay at Dartford.

He's gone, can't the Burchell Glee Club move on xshrug

I too must admit to having liked "young Avery" during his stay with us - which was probably (at the time, who knows now?) at the right level in Ryman South, though.

Be good if we drew them this year then - last time it was us in the Ryman and St.Albans in the CS. Not sure where Burns' goal will come from this season if we don't  xgiggle

I couldn't help noticing that in his review of last season, Disco Stu attributes Lee's goal at St Albans to Sheri, with a following-in tap-in on the line. Is that the official club verdict? I do hope not, coz that would mean that Lee went through the whole of the 2010-2011 season without scoring a single league goal. :-( :-(

No, it's the home match being referred to.
