GREAT TO SEE TOM BRADBROOK GOT 2 GOALS TODAY AS SITTINGBOURNE BEAT RLN1 LEADERS KINGSTONIAN  2-1 AWAY

JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT GETTING 1ST TEAM EXPERIENCE AT ALBEIT A LOWER LEVEL IS OFTEN THE BEST WAY TO DEVELOP

HOPE HE CONTINUES TO DO WELL

Agree 100%

Can't understand why we didn't just loan him out and retain him as a DFC registered player.

The guy has a lot of raw talent and did really well for us last season. I was more suprised by his departure than a lot of others.

I'd like to see him back at DFC some time in the future, hopfully in a Dartford shirt and not someone elses.

Good to see he got over that injury from earlier in the season

If we are talking about older players I would love to know what happened to the following players after they finished playing for the Darts
Roger Keen
Keith Robinson
Eddie Jones
Mickey Shovelar
Bob Dudman
John Mitchell
Brain Greenhalgh
Glen Coupland
Johnny Harrison
Peter Hunt
Graham Carr
Ther are so many more, any news on any of the above

With regards to Mickey Shovelar, do you know when he played because the only reference I can find on the internet is him playing for Arsenal in 1970/71 FA Youth Cup Final against Cardiff City, which Arsenal won 2-0.

And with regards to Brian Greenhalgh, there is a wikipedia article on him, which is very small:

Mickey Shovelar played for The Darts 1974-75 to 1978-79 born Gravesend 1953. An ex Arsenal junior where he stayed for 4 years, Dartford signed him from Folkestone Town for a four figure fee, for whom he played for two seasons. He had been voted Folkestones player of the year for the season 1973-74. He later re-joined Folkestone.

As you may be able to tell, all my sources are coming from the trusted website Wikipedia  :-D:

Quote from: Wikipedia
Glen Coupland - centre-forward who represented Charlton Athletic, Dartford, Maidstone and Dover Athletic. In a famous 1975 F.A.Cup 1st round replay, Maidstone United defeated Colchester United 4-1, with two goals from Glen Coupland.

Am I also correct in saying that he played for Ramsgate???
