non league daily reports taht hess has brought in wilkinson on loan from crystal palace who is one of their [ quality] pro keepers and he will be playing on saturday

pity , cause whitehouse would have been in and he has been poor lately

good management by hess BUT wilkinson is only human and needs to watch out for cody etc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UP THE DARTS

Wilkinson played for us on Tuesday and was awarded the man of the match award even though he didnt really do much. He is a very good goalkeeper and a level about John Whitehouse. I think he is only with us for a month, but the longer he stays the better. We have a few injuries as well with Pouton, Keister and Wallis all missing recently - Pouton and Keister missed Tuesday's game and Wallis was taken off at half time so I havent a clue who our midfield will be, but I am sure it will be a cracking game either way! We did start with 4 strikers on Tuesday night, so I am sure Hess may take the gun ho approach again!

Its a shame that some of your Folkestone contingent have left; use to always enjoy giving them stick, especially Norms!

Oh, and it sounds like we have Yerby in charge on Saturday - hopefully his ego wont get the better of him as it occassionally does.

Safe journies down, and make sure you buy a drink or several in our new bar - I am sure it will have the football on so come early!

Hope to make it Saturday. Been struck down with man flu, everything is bunged up. All I want is 3 points thank you very much and for Banksy to get me a brandy (for medicinal purposes). Interesting to read about the possible Dover absentee's. When they played at Princes Park, I thought their midfield was excellent and to loose a couple from there would be to our advantage. I hope Jamie Day is back for Saturday as this is the sort of game he could take by the scruff of the neck!

Well it's the day before Dover away, a game any hardcore Darts fan looks so forward to, big rivalry and big match atmosphere, certainly different gravy from any other away match in this league! Really hoping we have some of our injured players back and the real DFC turns up, this game should be a real good one, i want to wish the team the very best tomorrow you will get the normal vocal away support! Give the league leaders a good game, show them what we are about. To all my friends on the terraces enjoy the day and lets help to create the best atmosphere for many years if you don't normally participate in vocal support, tomorrow is special so 'have a go'!

Looking forward to it see you all there!

Tony's notes seem quite optimistic as far as the fitness of John Guest, Adam Flanagan and Jamie Day is concerned.

"Kent Messenger" website suggests Andy Hessenthaler may play because of injuries to other midfiled players.

The way Huseyin Isa played the other night against Bromley I reckon he deserves a place on the bench tomorrow. Looked very handy indeed!

Can we make a move before and after xmas? Looking at the league we are only 8 points behind Tonbridge (and only 2 wins worse off) who are in 5th place!

Massive game tomorrow and all the pressure on the home side!!!! Bound to be a sticky pitch and could come down to who fancies it more on the day!!!
