If anyone is interested in joining us our motley crew, having enjoyed an Ozzie's full English breakfast, will be making for The Railway Tavern in SM5 (hopefully still open - if not then it's off to The Racehorse) to rendezvous with my Carshalton/Leeds supporting buddy for a few pre-match cocktails. Naturally we shall be popping into The Grapes in London Bridge first for the traditional heartstarter.
Hoping for a good DFC turnout to beat their season best att of 528 against  xdover

The Railway Tavern is still there, however we do know have Courage Best in the Bar along with all other Lager's at least 50p a pint cheaper.

Jim--I'm sure the Dartford travelling faithful will take full advantage of your hospitality  --hope your staff can cope with the demand !! --we usually take 200-300 away but being the week before Christmas not sure how this figure will hold up.

Jim, what's the parking like at the ground have heard that it's quite difficult to park around there.

Depends what time your thinking of arriving,

the club try and charge £2 to park but half the time no one is there so its a lucky dip to whether your charged or not.

The long driveway to the ground is free but since this charge has come in people are using that as its a council owned road.

Colston Avenue you may find some places to park but its off street parking predominatly.

if you look at google maps, the best roads to park in are within a 5 minute walk are westmead or (brookfield which is then a walk acrross the park and down an alleyway)

getting to CAFC before 1:30 you should be ok for a parking spot in the ground.

Yeah, I just spoke to the club, no disabled parking spaces So it looks like we will have to get there early to guarantee a parking space, also NO concessions for wheelchair patrons!

There are spaces, but there in the directors car park and have been used by the same carshalton fans for along time, we should have more, just show your badge to the gate person, you then shouldn't have to pay to park.

Looks like R.Jolly is the man to stop! The defence must stop conceding soft goals and must improve at set pieces to give us a chance as we look dangerous going forward in all games now!!

The longer we can keep our clean sheet the greater the chance of bagging at least a point if not all 3!!!
