DJ I agree I love the way Ryan is prepared to do things that other players wouldnt dream of....and isnt scared of the consequences if it goes awry!

Hes made a slow start this season but has come into form!

However 3-5-2 meaning usually means 1 midfielder in front of the back 4, who does the leg work and retains or gets control of the football  allowing the 2 wing backs to push on and support the 2 other midfielders who operate further up the pitch who in turn must support the front 2.

That would have to mean DD for his tackling ability (let alone his heading) gets the nod and sits just behind Lee & Jamie D unless Ryan can work on his tackling! However of course the final decision rests with the boss!!

I think ray either turned into a wimp  or he put his family first either way its still out of order.

DS, I think it’s great we can change and adapt to different formations whether we play 3-5-2 or 4-4-2. The past 3 games have proved to be very fruitful with 9 points being picked up in the process but if you go a goal down playing 3-5-2 it’s much harder chasing the game. No doubt about it we are now not only better on the pitch this season but also better off it tactically. I still think we will revert back to a more traditional 4-4-2 when we are playing home matches though.

Yeah DJJ gotta be honest im no great fan of 3-5-2 and was dismayed at Carshalton when we lined up before the game...but it certainly seems to have worked for us with the players we have!

Always good to have a plan B up our sleeve and it has worked away from home...will it work at PP??!?!? To be honest no reason why it shouldn't!!!

Strange comment. That is like comparing Danny and Ryan on the wing…again no contest. I can’t for the life of me understand why Ryan is always the fall guy. Without doubt he is our most creative player and is one of the most exciting players we have ever had. It will be a sad day when Ryan no longer wears the black and white shirt.

Strange comment ?

I was talking about the choice of Ryan Hayes in centre midfield against Ramsgate when Danny was available. Obviously Ryan is a better winger than Danny but there is no reason to compare them in that position. I know we got the result, but we looked much better once Danny was on the pitch and I don't think that Ryan has had a good game in the centre of midfield yet.

Finally, if I can say what I want to say in one line I will
