Unfortunately i won't be able to make this match as this is the due date for the baby  xbop but hopefully Trev B or Duke will keep me updated as to the lads progress.

Fingers crossed for 3pts COYD.

Nothing wrong with Gilesy's eyesight Hastings should have had 4-5 goals given their chances and deserved the win, but it was a dire game for the neutral to watch with balls in the air for most of the time.

But perhaps Hastings were brought down to Maidstones level on the day, just like we were against Ramsgate earlier in the week when we also sneaked a 1-0 win.

Mikey, I would suggest that you along with any others who have missed out on the first coach contact Gooner and ask the question of the possibility of a second coach, as the more who put their names forward the more chance that a second coach may be considered. xshrug

I can’t believe we are only running one coach to this game. Surely there is enough interest for a second.

After the postponed game at the weekend will Cody now be available to play at Hastings?

Unfortunately i won't be able to make this match as this is the due date for the baby  xbop but hopefully Trev B or Duke will keep me updated as to the lads progress.

Fingers crossed for 3pts COYD.

Matt, I do hope all goes well with the baby. Make sure you get in plenty of sleep before the big event!

The way I understand the suspensions, we lose Cody & Lee for this game.
There is also a spare seat in our car if there is no 2nd coach. Leaving dartford approx mid-day.

A chance of a second coach.........well talking to the club we would need 25 more people to make a second coach viable. By some of the previous posings we could have 8 people interested already, so if people can definitely let me know by Wednesday evening at the latest then we could be taking two coaches to Hastings.

Would be a great achievement...............so spread the word

It appears I might miss this game as, unless a surge of people book for the second coach, i will have no way of getting to the game, with the train option looking less likely every day.

If I can make it somehow, then great. If not, then I shall have to watch the updates on the forum this saturday. But there is still the rest of the week to go, so who knows what could happen?

Thanks John

As for Cody i thought his ban actually started this Saturday anyway, so even if the Harlow game had gone ahead then he'd still miss the Hastings match.

If the weather carries on like this - and the forecast doesn't show much improvement - the Hastings game must be doubtful, to the say the least, I would reckon.  xno

I guess it depends on the state of their pitch. Any Hastings-ites out their please feel free to furnish us with your thoughts on Saturdays game and if it will go ahead?!?

Longish trip so hopefully an early decision will be made but I guess got to be 50/50 at best?!?!?!?
