30th January 2009 Notes
« on: January 30, 2009, 10:39:24 AM »

I felt it was another good performance from the players last Tuesday against Concorde in the League Cup.The pitch was a lot more difficult to play on than it looked from the side but the main thing is we have progressed to the next round.

Tomorrow we have another big game against our old rivals Maidstone. Its a credit to both clubs that there teams have helped to generate so much interest  in this fixture, the first at PP.

Its very important that we stay focussed on what we need to do which is to try and win the game and gain another three points.

The players trained very well again last night and I am pleased to say I have a fully fit squad to choose from, something that has not happened to often this season.

Has you are all aware Cody trained with Norwich last Sunday and Monday with me in attendance,he enjoyed the experience and in my opinion did not look out of place over the two days. There are also a number of other league clubs still enquiring about Cody which he is fully aware of.We will have to see what the future brings but I can tell you that Cody is fully focussed and will be very much  involved in tomorrows game.

I hope its a great game of football and we get the result we want.

Thanks for your support
