Just one of those games, it wasn't to be and so lady luck didn't shine down upon us this time and a winner for them from the penalty.

Bradley hit the post twice had an overhead bicycle shot beat the keeper and skim just wide of the post and then saw his shot well saved only for the keeper to get up and pull off a second save from a follow up.

With only the penalty as a shot on target from Sutton we dominated the game but failed to put away our chances so on to Wealdstone next week.

You win some you lose some but as long as we tried that's the main thing and far more effort put in trying to win the game.

Encouraging performance that warranted at least a point, if not three.

Never in trouble, but we could have played till Xmas and not scored. It was not to be.

Sutton were very poor considering their league position.

CONFIDENCE, is what was lacking from Sutton on saturday,they were on a poor run just like us,but in the end our luck was right out and we gifted them a lifeline,after the goal they were a different team and it was the Darts who were deflated.I suppose I can understand why because if it had been a boxing match then it would have been stopped way before Sutton had their only shot of the match on 83 minutes,I am a big Tommy Oz fan but I am totally mystified as to why he handled the ball ,I suppose stranger things happen in football but a point was thrown away because of a silly error.I am not to bothered about the play offs,it would have been nice to get there but it now looks like a very difficult ask,still it ain't over till the obese female starts wailing so on to wealdstone and 3 points.

From my view he was done buy their bloke in front of him  who somehow missed the header and Tommy was in an awkward posiition because he rightly anticipated the flick on! Just bad luck simple as that!

Good to see some decent numbers down at GGL on saturday and catch up with some of the faces from earlier in the season.  Can't really argue with any of the stuff on here about the result as we never got going at all. Story of the last few weeks for us really.

Quite what your no2 was doing though is beyond me. Eribenne got a bit ahead of him and as he stooped to flick on, your guy just came over the top and palmed the ball away with both hands. Crazy.  Still, in our position and at this stage of the season I s'pose 3 points is 3 points, no matter how you get 'em!

Hope you had a decent day out despite the result. And if we don't make it all the way, look forward to visiting Dartford again next season.
