Sean had a torrid time when we played Ashford away.  Hope he has a better game this time.

I'll be making the trip from Hampshire, so see you Tuesday.

The last home game!

A case of what might have been but a very satisfactory season for me! If we keep the nucleus of the squad with 1 or 2 additions and if Tonbridge or Staines go up then the league is there for the taking next year and we will have nobody to fear in my opinion!

Strange home campaign! Woeful start at home couldnt buy a win for first couple of months then back to back home wins pre xmas over Hendon and Borehamwood kick started our season!

The crowds have remained decent despite a slight dip in the early months of the season and off the pitch the club has taken on more bits and pieces at PP. All in all a good enjoyable campaign!

Favourite home game(s) St Albans and Hornchurch
best performance indivudally Bastock St Albans won them the trophy game on his own and seemed good bloke!
Special mention Maidstone home game great crowd a win and a great day all round just like the old days!!

Ashford are no mugs and deserved to beat us at their place, but we will hopefully have a stronger team out than last time,so I am going for a 2-1 victory for the Darts.

Unless I can persuade someone to sell these for me at Keeper Wars, tonight will be the last time that the Bench Warmer tickets will be available.

So far we have sold over £200 of tickets and have over 40 eager fans, some in their 60's and not blokes I should add, eager to watch the Norwich City game from the managers bench.

As usual, I'll be in the pod at the academy end before kick-off.

Thanks

Fair dues they won but deserved never!.They had one shot on target in 90 min from which they scored whilst we hit the crossbar 3 times and were camped in their half for the second 45.Hopefully we can put that right tonight.

Coming tonight is the last DartsLive commentary for the season - TJ and myself will be there to talk the ball in for the Darts (hopefully). No topics tonight - you decide what you want to talk about.

Totally agree with John, had to be one of our most frustating games of the season, and no way should we have come away without at least a point. Lets hope for sweet revenge tonight and carry on as we have previous two home games, only hope we start playing from the off. and not another slow start.

I think tonight, this is a special edition of the Pure DFC DartsLive broadcast - it's unplugged, unscripted... no topics; only TJ, Paul Philpot and myself here.

Email: puredfc@googlemail.com and give us your thoughts, topic ideas etc.

Team: Young, Eferakorho, Gross, Flanagan, Coyle, Dafter, Hayes, Day, May, Carley and Noble. Subs: Woods-Garness, Guest, Butterworth, White, Ibrahim.

Suspected that Haworth is carrying a knock.

GOAL! Noble avoids the offside flag, chested down and turned and chipped into the net.
