Well done Tommy. Not many would have predicted that before the start of the season - but well deserved.

Win on Saturday and Sutton lose we will finish in 6th place.

Whatever happens on the final game, well done to Tony and all the lads who played a part this season.

Nice to see OB and Richard Avery back at PP, both players at Chatham Town

Well done Tommy, he hopes to be back for Saturday

Congratulations to Ozzy on winning player of the year, fully deserved especially as he was only rated as a squad/bench player at the start of the season by many.

Great game last night, very entertaining football in parts. We looked good for most of it but in the middle of the first half and the middle of the secind we looked poor. Spreading the ball wide seems to really work for us and lets hope we can continue this style next season. My mom - Lee Noble, had some great touches and as always, causing all sorts of problems.

Wasnt sure about their penalty, couldnt really see it from where were but it did look a bit weak. Their second as well looked to have been stopped by Andy but obviously not!

It was good to see the crowd really got to the keeper, what was that all about spraying some of the Darts fans at the end of teh match with his water bottle? Gotta be careful doing things like that!!

Lets hope next season we put 4 past every team in the league!!

COYDS!

PS Well done to Ozzie, not my first choice but deserved all the same.

I think the spraying of water by their keeper at some kids was purely done in jest and no intent was meant as he was smiling when he did it and applauded thd Darts fans behind  the goal at the end of the game.  I forgot to mention my motm vote goes to Craig Carley who i thought was excellant lastnight with non stop running and battling. If he lost the ball he chased and won it back, i really wanted him to get the goal he fully deserved lastnight but it just wasnt to be, then he got subbed for Bradley. Hopefully Craig is still here next season because he looked like he was playing for his shirt lastnight.

I didn't vote for him as my MOM, but I was very impressed with young Seun's performance last night. Not much got past him down our right side. Shame about him giving away the pen, but we saw a lot of him as a "proper" wing-back - he seemed to spend as much time attacking as defending. Well done!

In the 1st half quite a bit seemed to go past Sean, their winger seemed to be having a field day and the penalty error was a silly mistake due to a lack of experiance in my honest opinion. Sean looked very nervous on the ball but did have a much better 2nd half with some timely tackles. Given more time and experiance i think Sean will become a very good player and could do well for us. Hopefully he can get a good pre season under his belt with the 1st team squad and we will see more of him next season.

I agree with 5thsearcher at times Sean shows his inexperience, but feel he has a great future at the club and in the end cement the right back place as his own. Think the game summed up our season with its rollercoaster ride of ups and downs, fast out of the blocks first 20 mins, then let there number 8 dominate the midfield and get them back in the match. Once the ball was played to feet again we were the better team and deserved our win. My Mom was Lee Noble and Carley played his socks off, just needs that goal. Well done Tommy nothing flash just did the job week in week out, the perfect role model who other players could take points from. Well done TB and the boys great 1st Prem season, hoping for better things 2009/10

One day I would like to visit the alternate universe where Silverado watches his football. It seems to be a sort of anti-reality where everything that happens is the exact mirror opposite of what goes on in my world! I know we all see things differently but sometimes I think he's just getting us at it for a laugh.

For the first 30 minutes I thought we were absolutely awesome, possibly the best football we have played all season. Ryan Hayes was breathtakingly good and Lee Noble back to his very best. Even allowing for some dodgy defending, it was still a travesty that Ashford managed to get in at half-time with the scores level ... we absolutely outclassed them.

The second half was not so spectacular but still pretty good from the Darts' perspective and a 4-2 victory was just reward, particularly in view of the first half performance. Ryno faded a bit in the second half but Lee (my MOTM) continued to impress. Craig Carley also had an excellent game as did Flanners.

Great game of football, very enjoyable.

I have to say I agree with you Spike, the first I would say 15 minutes or so was excellent football reminiscent of that night at Maidstone xbow xbow xbow xbow Don't quite know what happened to the guys for the latter part of the first half, to enable Ashfor to get back on level terms, Seun's tackle to give away the penalty was more down to inexperience than intent. Their 2nd goal was superbly hit and Andrew did well to get even a hand to it.
But once the interval was over the match settled down and our class began to tell. Our third a definite penalty was well struck Adam Flanagan (unlike the last one  xwhis xwhis xwhis) and Coylie's header for the fourth went sailing in to the top corner. A great game of football by both sides, with nothing to play for but pride.
And well done to Tommy on his Supportrers club award - the first of a few he should receive this season I hope.

All I've said about this match so far is that Seun had a pretty good game. Can you honestly say you thought he played c**p? Maybe watching from a very different part of the ground gives a different perspective...

Carley for me did everything but score.

He looked like a player that wants to play for us next season and played for his place. Hence my MoM goes to him.

3 games running now I believe Lee Noble has played like he did last season against us when he took us apart. He looks a totally different player now to what he did at the start of the season. Well done Lee.

Pass of the game has to go to Ryno for the flicked pass with the outside of the boot that set up the 1st goal, sublime  xtip

Well done to all last night.

No, I would have described his performance as below par or a little disappointing, not crap! I think Seun is a decent prospect who continues to improve and looks quite good going forward, but has still got a bit to learn when it comes to the defensive side of his game. I wouldn't have singled him out for criticism because the lad has promise and is still learning and I think it was a very good performance by the team as a whole. It just struck me as strange that anyone should pick Seun out for special praise based on last night's performance when so many other outfield players contributed so much more. But hey, that's football, everyone's entitled to their opinion.

Last night reminded me of a pre season friendly with both teams throwing everything into it bar the kitchen sink. Credit has to be given to Ashford who played equally as well and can count themselves a little unlucky on not getting a draw. Their number 8 was so good on the ball that he left Day and Dafter at times chasing shadows and still had time to comb his hair. His passing was good and the technique he showed with his “that” goal was top class. I know we bang on about how good some of our players are but there is always someone better and last night proved that. Hopefully TB can have a closer look at this player as he is the kind who can improve our squad and help push on to the next level. I would say fair play to TB last night for changing the formation in the second half by packing the midfield out and stifling their playmaker in the process.

On Seun; he is a very talented player who had a torrid 1st half against their No. 11 who was very tricky but in all fairness he had a much better second half. The main problem last night was he was not given a lot of protection and at times had 2 players running at him. Our more experience defenders do need to talk to him more as well.
