Transport for Eastbourne
« on: May 29, 2009, 08:25:05 AM »

need to know who is interested in coach or mini bus travel to and from Eastbourne.

At this stage i have no idea of costs, need to know numbers 1st, this is open to all players, families, friends and also DFC supporters.

Add your name to the list ASAP, so i can get an idea of numbers and prices.

Might want to put a note on the main board, if Gary lets you.

People will see it on here - I would guess that most people who will be going down to support will drive down (summer, can take family down for the day etc).

ur prob right Gary but obviously i need to know numbers so i can look at transport costs etc, there may be a few supporters who want to go for a day out and a beer and not worry bout driving.

Think most people will see this thread, no need for the main board i dont think

Honestly Jonny Boy, if this were closer to home I'd be more than happy to offer vocal support (between uncontrollable fits of laughter, natch). It's just all these endless posts about pitch bookings, shirt sizes, transport, shirt designs, socks etc. etc. .... ad infinitum. It just really makes me doubt that you will all actually make it to Eastbourne.
Still, I wish you all nothing but the very best of British. xtip

Just to check have phoned kings ferry.

£750.00 for a 29 seater for the day, unless we go out in the first round then it will only be £555.00.

Maybe the minibus route will be the cheapest or those who can drive can pick up the rest who cant.

We need to have a list of drivers and those who are in need of lifts and just sort out petrol money!

Singing and running around, more like running around and collapsing is my plan.

There will be a lot of people down there. 26 teams now entered, be nice to see a few Darts followers singing away.
