car parking at norwich game
« Reply #15 on: July 07, 2009, 06:07:37 AM »

Hi Guys

A couple of norwich fans , friends of mine are travelling to the game by car and may NOT get to PP in time to get a parking spot

not being a dartford resident  , I am not privvy to the best [ safest] spots to leave a car ,  so some local help would be appreciated including leaving it at Bluewater , what are the bus numbers , times etc or any other suggestions ?????????

Thanks in anticipation

You can get bus service "B" Fastrack from Bluewater Bay 2 to PP. Journey time approx 10-15 mins. Bus stops right outside PP. Not sure of anything more local to PP.

You can normally find parking spaces in Brent lane that runs parallel with Princes road (it's the road that starts by the Ivy Leaf) If you drive all the way up - through the width restriction, you come to the back of the BP garage opposite PP.

Or you could be cheeky and use the goals car park in Green street green, or the harvesters car park on Fleet estate

Or you can try the Cricket ground near the BP garage.

It's not about the long ball or the short ball it's about the right ball!

I think they will try there hardest to stop him which may involve some heavy tackles!!!!!!!!!

Some of these players will have a point to make so there might be some hard tackles!!!!!!!!

Powdermill Lane is the parking area of choice for those coming from the southwest. But don't stray into the industrial units' car parks.

Hi there Darts fans.  Canary season ticket holder and erstwhile Ebbsfleet United owner coming in peace!  Absolutely gutted that I will miss this one (due to a friend's wedding) as I have loads of Kent connections - my favourite uncle (R.I.P) who introduced me to the wonders of Carrow Road spent much of his life in Erith and I still have a host of relatives in Bromley, Herne Bay and Folkestone.  By all accounts your stadium looks impressive and I hear many jealous rumblings from my occassional excursions to San Stonebridge.  You will find all the Norwich fans very friendly and we have been impressed by what little we have seen of Cody so far.  Good luck for the coming season......that is unless we have to face you in the FA Cup or you get drawn against the Fleet in the KSC!!!!
