From memory - and it's 3 years since I first asked now -  I think the accurate answer is that it 'pre-heats' water and other elements around the stadium so that the 'conventionally powered' boilers don't have to raise the temperature from nothing - which is, I recall being told, the most expensive phase of heating. It's a bit like putting almost hot water in your kettle. It boils much quicker and cheaper.

See if you can spot the copying and pasting malfunction in tonights prog. First one to spot it and point it out to me, may win a smack in the mouth!  xshake

shouldn't "tonights" have an apostrophe?     It's just one mistake after another with you, isn't it?

 xwhis

Shouldn't sentences start with a capital letter?  xanorak

Shouldn't you mind your own business?

Anyone notice that despite all this lovely weather, it keeps on raining precisely during footy hours.  It rained on saturday at 3pm, Tuesday at 7.30 and I reckon the sky is blackening up now in readiness. Looks like we have offended the footballing gods.

Drove past the ground at 4pm today and the sign was still advertising game for tuesday, am sure they dont need to access that through a web site, just think the club is not doing the little things which would help to push gate sales.

I'm sure any volunteers would be gratefully received.

Cant see that it needs a volunteer, surely somebody like the groundsman or employed by the club could do it, only needs a ladder

Just goes to show some people believe there is an Army of employees at the club, tapping their feet waiting for something to do.

Good luck to the Darts tonight. At £1 per substitution I probably wouldn't have been there anyway but I've travelled to Glasgow to be sure of electricity.
