Im also in the minority as i cant stand seeing time wasting with the ball held in the corner the way we did. Just take the corner / freekick properly and whip the ball into the box. If it comes to it just pass the ball around between you but dont sod about in the corner because as was mentioned above this could lead to an injury should an oppo clatter a player from behind. Not for me im affraid.

Freeze Framing the video highlights you can see why the lino or ref might have not given the goal. At times, Burns hand was so close to the ball it was very hard to call.

Just watched Sony's excellent highlights and Danny's goal gets better all the time. Also full credit must go to Jay for the superb pass between the 2 defenders that gave Danny the room.

That was the beauty of it - 2 defender on Jay leaving Danny in acres of space. And what great presence of mind and awareness from whoever it was who slipped the little pass to set Taitie up for the first goal.
