I had a look on their site this morning and it sounds like things didnt go to well for them against Maidstone without their manager. Someone involved with the team said theyre not looking forward to our visit tuesday and having to play us.

I think we can expect to take around 150 - 170 traveling support for this one and fully expect another 50 - 70 sweating on the updates, so as we stand we will could be missing up to 4 players due to injury Tait and Burgess (?) any news on these players fitness for Tues, and also out Bradbrook, Day.

Even if Day wasnt injured, he is apparantly going Vegas this week to get married, think he may even be there now, so he would have been unavailable for Tuesday

Huh! How unprofessional can you get? Why couldn't he get married in Dartford (or wherever's local for him) in the morning in time to get to PP for the afternoon kick-off?  :-D :-D :-D

Going to have to keep up to date online with this one. I will therefore pass my right to comment on anything about the game as I will not be entitled to an opinion.

I was at Aveley and I must have been watching a different game to some as they didn't seem a dirty team at all.

I shall not be at Saturdays game as I'm away for a Warners Weekend along with The Duke and as such I wouldn't presume to comment on matters relevant to the game and incidents that occur.

But I will be interested in the comments of those who do attend and I have no doubt that those comments viewed from different area's of the ground will bring differing interpretations and not all will agree or be the same.

Just as last Saturday Happydart some of us will have differing views of that game, but it's the result that counts and the interpretation of how we achieved it makes for good reading on this website. xshrug

Not sure if I'll be able to make it tomorrow. Depends on how quickly I can get away from work, but it's going to be tight as the M25 will probably be very busy. Can any of you guys tell me what the parking situation is like at Ashford. If they have their own parking area at the ground like they have at Sittingbourne and Aveley it would help as I probably won't get there much before kick off time.  :|

Interesting unbiased???? I was with some Averley management and they thought the same as me. Bad ref destroyed the game and he caused all the physical stuff! It was about equal bothways so they should have been down to 10 men as well!

Neither team coolled down and the banter at the end was juvenile!

But on the other hand sometimes it's great to act young again! My views seem to change every day, thats what footballs about. Great stuff.

There was plenty of parking last year. Entrance is down a drive which opens up into "parkland". Glad it has not been raining as the coach got stuck in some mud last visit.
