Wealdstone (A) 5 December

Right.  It's time to get back to winning ways.

Wealdstone will also want to put yesterday's result behind them, so this should be a cracker.

Lets all get over to Grosvenor Vale and really get behind the lads.

Funny thing is, I will actually be hoping to arrive for the second half as I have some family duties to attend to before I can slope off to Wealdstone. :x

After the battering Wealdstone took at Sutton yesterday, I expect a backlash but they have not played well since their cup exit to Rotherham and like us are crippled with injuries and suspensions to key players.

It will be a hard fought game played before a large crowd and I think we will just about sneak it ,although after yesterdays match, anything could happen.

almost agree with harry but DH in for JW as he was a stortford regular for almost 3 seasons , many games in right  centre midfield , certainly a return to the LB - RH partnership up front  which worked so well and produced gods amount of goals before injuries changed it

wont be suicidal IF JW selected instead of DH ,  its just that DH poses a greater goal threat from midfield as JW only occasionally scores and DD VERY VERY occasionally scores

hope 100s of dart fans are there to see who plays !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought Adam Gross had a good game on Saturday.  His defending was sound, made a good percentage of passes from defence and got forward when the opportunities arose.  The best he's played for a while - so I would definately retain him in the starting line up.

As the least demonstrative player in the squad, his outburst at the linesman following a blatant offside (that was not given) showed that he's as committed as anyone.

We are conceding goals as a result of problems in midfield.  Leave the back four as they are (BB, JC, AF, AG).  The best combination we have.

If Whitey is fit, I'd play him and I would like to see Danny Harris in the starting line up.  The question for me is what to do with Danny Dafter?
