Aveley match thread - Tuesday

Aveley were due to play a County Cup game tonight but has been postponed as the pitch is waterlogged. Their game has now to be played next Monday which means that our game against them on the 8th is now off and has been rescheduled for Tuesday 15th December

I noticed that the Aveley county cup match was postponed again on Monday and is now scheduled for tonight (Wed 9th). Lets hope that it is not postponed again and then re-arranged for next week.

I quite like the league cup be this year it is a complete irrelevance. We have far far far bigger fish to fry!

 Lets just both put out our respective U10s and get the game done!!

I shared those views when we had a small squad but i think that its time we won a cup, lets actually try and win a cup.

They played and beat Billericay 4-2 according to Non-League News site, so presumably we can play them next week.  We are the strongest team in the Ryman so why not go for it and win it; surely our last chance to do so this season.

Hoping for a large dose of rain or snow to get this game called off until the new year when we will be less depleted.........Either that or play the u13s.

No injuries or bookings/suspensions please! My tip for this competition Lowestoft Town who are turning into a new non league force by looks of it after excellent runs in the vase last few seasons and to the 1st round of the FA cup this year as well as  promotion from the very tough ridgeons league!!
