Must confess that when I heard the Radio Kent forecast of overnight temperatures of -4C and snow, I began to have doubts about the CW match going ahead. But then I remembered - for Radio Kent, Kent doesn't really exist west of the Medway. So I checked on the net for the local forecast for Bromley: overnight temperature of 0-1C tonight and Saturday afternoon +3-4C and clear blue sky, so hopefully there should be no problems with a frozen pitch.

Lets hope it doesn't cut up today if Bromley play on it.

Just home from the Bromley / Welling match and the pitch looked fine , goal mouths a little cut up but that is normal for this time of year so as long as it does not have a heavy frost tonight then it should be ok. I was disappointed with Bromley but very impressed with Welling , Jamie Day sat in front of the back four and played ok , Welling won 1-0 but it should have been 3. If they play the same at PP , we will have a hard game as they are quick and play the ball to feet.

Updates will follow in here - assuming the game is on. We'll be travelling by the time the inspection is on (1pm).
