other teams arnt stupid. they do their research and no ryno can produce brilliance so mark him out of the game and frustrate him from the start. that way the support gets on his back and he struggles. how about getting on the back of the defender's and giving them a bit of abuse?

regarding the support vocally, the introduction of drums killed the singing abit in my opinion. people do do away days but not on a tuesday night. we have a great oppotunity to get behind the team on saturday where we play a decent side who should bring a few and create an atmosphere. we should really push for this game and assuming sutton bring a good few theres no reason why we cant get over 1300.

5th i hear what you say ,i am not having a go at your comments its the general consensus about ryan.i feel that at all levels of football when a team loses many fans and pundits turn the blame on the best player for not performing.you have to realise what we have here.ryan is a winger and we want him to go past people and put the ball in the danger area.if he needs to win a ball in the air on the wing then its probably a bad pass.he needs the ball to feet or to run on to.I am not saying he should never go for an arial challenge because you can make yourself a nuisance by making it difficult for the other bloke but generally ryan will be shorter and not as strong as the challenger.
the people we need to win balls in the air are in other positions and we dont moan at haworth for example because he fails to glide effortlessly past the midfield and sprint through the centre half.everyone has a different job to do and if someone is having a tough day because the opposition are doing well then people all other the pitch need to work harder.

Lets not forget that Tommy Osbourne is on the playing staff at Billericay, I am sure he would have given
some insight on how to stop Ryno. Lets get Ryno back on top form again and we will have this division
won by end March.

Watch the likes of Bradbrook and Harris during the game when they play on the wing / wide midfield they both challenge ariel balls, dont bottle tackles and chase back when required to help the defence especially if theyve just lost the ball. I hope that if Ryan is picked in the starting X1 against Sutton then he has a good game and shows us all what he really can do and if he produces a bit of magic or scores then all the better.

Totally agree with KP, TB has left Ryan out before on heavy pitches, get behind him and the team on Saturday, they could really do with the home crowd being vocally BEHIND THEM ALL.

Disregarding his lack of aerial challenges (for which see above), one of the things I have noticed of Ryno this season has been a greater willingness to tackle back and defend. I haven't seen many away games of late, but is this something he has been failing to do recently? If so, that's a pity, because he was doing a pretty good job of it earlier.

For me last few games just emphasises how good Lee Burns is and has been this season!

Will see a better Darts team Saturday just because he will be back from suspension!

I agree DHS but let’s just leave him to play up front and in the process give him the opportunity to pick up that golden boot award. I don’t really like to hear his name being put forward to play anywhere else.

I think that we all need to take a step back and realise just how much of a great position our club is in. Thats not just the team either, the whole club is on the up - one or two bad games isnt going to de-rail our fantastic season to date!

With regards to barracking players, it isnt nice to be "targetted" - as the club rises through the pyramid, elements of a particular players game may well get highlighted. This isnt their fault, they can work on it sure, but lets not forget how well the players have done in past seasons and in particular, this season.
