Dartford v Sutton - Saturday 6th Feb 2010
« on: February 02, 2010, 11:20:35 PM »

Well after the two disappointments of the last week - one OFF the pitch and the other on - let's get back to winning ways at PP.
If Carl Rook has flu (not man-flu) I guess we won't be seeing him in a Darts shirt yet - so who should we have up front - is Lee Burns still banned?

If Sutton were watching last night they must have thought there luck is going to be in on Saturday.

Back to winning ways is required, although we are not at our best at home.

be nice to get a decent display out of the team!!

Burns back and hopefully Rook in and Bradders with more mileage in the tank (By the way after such an injury has basically missed a third of the season going to take him 5-6 games to get back to speed!) must be a better display but been a while since we put in a good show at PP!

Mates brother is reffing this one so maybe I can lean on him to give us a few decisions!!!

Ok so the fans and management and players are hurting after tasting defeat for the first time away in the league, perfect tonic, take it out on Sutton!

Agreed...This is what promotion teams are all about....Go and put out a performance and a good win to forget the previous games defeat. Saturday is massive psychologically for the remainder of the season I reckon...

Should be a good contest then if the decent Sutton team turns up  8-) Hoping that you won't bounce back quite as quickly as you'd like though.

Btw, would any of you know a place in Dartford that will show the Six Nations Rugby match that's on immediately after the game? (ideally your clubhouse)

I would suspect PP will have it on but if not, a pub in the town definatly will (try the courthouse, they tend to show allot of sport).

I am hoping we come out strong for this and get our confidence back. I know it will be a tough match but we are certainly better than some of our more recent performances.

I would love to see everyone get behind the team and make PP a very scary place for opposition tems to come! Lets have 90 minutes of noise please!

2 - 1 to darts final score!

I would love the hole crowd to get behind the team, But Hudson you know what they are like if thing are not going our way and scoring goal for the fun of it, they moan. But one thing that can be put right is the choir getting behind the lads a bit more than they did last night.

                           young
           Burgess                       Gross
                    Flan      Coyle
                         Johnson
           Harris                          Bradbrook
                    Burns          Noble
                              Rook

Agree Ryno probably needs a break although always worry when he is not in the team that we wont create especially now we have an out and out goal poacher/getter at this level in Rook...he still needs someone to supply the bullets!! Front 5 of Burns,Noble,Brads,Harris & Rook look to have goals in them for sure!

Rook up top with Burns and Noble tucked in behind to run wherever they fancy solid 3 across the middle with Johnson in front of the back 4 and then of course the back 4 + Youngy in goals as Jack Charlton would say!
