Dire, abysmal, one-sided and that was just the officials!!!!! When the REAL Dartford team turn please let me know.
Now 10pts clear with 2 games in hand  :-D

Shockinjg defending by Coyle, and Sutton nip through, 0-2`

I thought it was Flanners being robbed of the ball after a very ill-judged throw-out from Youngie.

My only comment on todays game is that we can sign as many forwards as we like but if you ha,vent got a decent midfield player to to pass the ball to them we are wasting our time.UP THE DARTS

I thought Kingstonian, who won in mid-week and moved into second place, reduced our lead to 10 points then. If that is so, is our lead now not cut to 7 points?

What a poor display that was. Once the team was read out and Tony had managed to somehow leave out the trio of  Noble, Rook & Hayes whilst playing a central midfield combo of Daffy & White I feared the worst as did most of the home fans surely if they are being honest!!! Once we went 1 behind the writing was on the wall!

Stuck record but here I go again the centre of the midfield yet again was poor from start to finish (one bit of football aside when Whitey sent through Burns with a beautiful pass in 2nd half). Their 2nd goal summed up a woeful afternoons work by us, a real comedy of errors!

Lets please not blame the ref (we tend to when we lose!). Yep he was officious and a fuss pot but the players had 90mins to perform and didnt turn up!

Burns is going to have to move back into centre mid for rest of the season to give us some energy, drive and direction as well as passion in the middle with Bradders alongside him and Harris and Hayes on either flank. At the moment our midfield is so limp that the opposition are just easily snuffing us out!! MUST DO BETTER!!!!

Very poor today  I've been saying that we've "getting away with it" since Bognor at home

Bognor   Home  2 0 down against bottom of table   we nicked a point at the death for 3 3

Waltham Abbey 1 0 down   with 10 men  we turned it round to win 2 1

Hornchurch 1 0 down and we were never in it !

Cray at home  1 0 down   we were poor but nicked a draw

Cray away  2 0 up but scrapped a  2 1 win

Carshalton 1 0 down at home   grabbed a point but were never worthy winners

I'm sure TB and the team can see a trend here    apartfrom smashing Canvey 52 we have been poor for 2 months plus

Let's get it sorted  Come on you darts !!

Lets try this

Young Burgess Coyle Flanagan Gross hayes Bradbrook Burns Noble Rook harris

Could not stand the whole 90 minuites for the first time i left early.to me the problem is the midfield again they seem to beat us constantly no more to say on the game but i think we have got some very serious problems which i'm not sure Tony knows how to solve. On the brighter side today is over and i'm looking forward to going to tonbridge with sony next saturday.

Sutton played to the officials' weaknesses and we appeared to have no answer to it.  We gifted them both goals and rarely threatened a defence that looked vulnerable throughout.

The start of the second half promised a recovery, but it did not last.  Sadly, Burns hiding behind the keeper was not the only pantomime moment of the afternoon.

Hopefully we can sort out the big problem area in time to get the season back on track at Tonbridge.

Come on you DARTS!

Well an enternaining match for all the wrong reasons. At one point I wondered if we would go the full twelve rounds with Sutton without atleast one red card.
With the points we already have in the bag we should be playing enternaining football, keeping the ball on the gound and not hoofing it up the field all the time and hoping someone will get on the end of it.
If we continue to play as we are now then what are we going to be like if someone cuts our lead down to 3 points apart from a complete bag of nerves?
I was particularly anoid by the second goal especially after we almost conceded after poncing around in the penalty area earlier.
Maybe we are too cautious, too frightened of making mistakes. We've got the quality to produce some decent football and if we concentrate on that, relax and be more adventurous we will win more than we lose.
If we played well and lost 0-2 today I could live with that but we didn't. We're not producing the free flowing football from earlier in the season but treating the ball like a hot potato instead.
I know we can put things right so let's go for it at Tonbridge next week! xfinger
