Dartford FC 2-1 Canvey Island, Easter Monday 5th April 2010
« on: March 28, 2010, 04:25:33 PM »

This may seem very early to post this but I was thinking maybe we could do something different for this game in terms of support...anyone have any ideas?

Just some background, Canvey play at The Brockwell Stadium, and come to Princes Park (or will do) around mid-table.

Someone DEFINITELY has to start a conga during the game!  Imagine everyone on the halfway-line's faces as the whole of the choir just disappears...

Is this the first "one game at a time" of the 2010 Championship push? We did say it on here rather a lot in 2008.

Kick off 3pm or 1pm???!!??!

It's 3pm.

Even though this is stil a week away I am really looking forward to it! Am I right in saying that if results go our way this week (ie Kingstonian and Sutton completely screw up) then we could be in a position to win the league on Monday?  xshrug

Am at Leicester at the in-laws. You'll all be glad to know that when I go up there we win our matches. You'll also be glad to know that in the last three years I've been in Leicester for the Canvey Island fixture twice.
And no, I'm not going to move to Leicester, they all like the Tigers and I still don't fully understand that game. Been to the Walkers Stadium once against Charlton and I'm not sure I fully understand the mentality of the supporters I sat with. Not sure I fully understand the in-laws come to that.

Hmm... I was in Leicester yesterday and the game was called off. Lucky on a selfish note, probably would've been better to have read about us winning in my abscence but TYG.
