Let's be honest... we'll be talking to very few people today as everyone's going to be at Princes Park. It will be Mr Paul Philpot and myself on the end of the microphone, we will be asking about your champagne moments in football plus we'll ramble on about the match.

If for some reason you can't be at the game today, do join us at www.dartfordfootballclub.co.uk & click on the listen live area. Email is puredfc@gmail.com & we'll stay on air as long as we can afterwards with the presentations going on.

Shame on you for missing it  xwhis xwhis xwhis  xshake xshake xshake

In which case, Dartmac, it is your duty to lead the coach in a rousing rendition of "Championees! Championees!" or at least a stirring "COME ON YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU DARTS!"

I do hope they water the pitch beforehand so that the pitch plays a little faster. What we don’t need is a slow bouncy surface which is not conducive to our style of football. So everything is in place for our last home game which should see around a two thousand spectator’s witness us pick up the Championship Trophy. All we need now is a performance to go with it and throw a spanner in the works for Aveley who have got a little bit cocky lately and in the process help out Tonbridge who I would like to see go up with us.

Will also be nice to see Pete Sampson again who still makes a great effort to get to the occasional game.

Have now managed to wangle some time off work this afternoon (as I am feeling unwell ) so hopefully I should now be able to at least make the second half or even the first with a bit of luck.

It's party time up here already - Paul Davey's been soaked by the sprinklers - we reckon a phantom sprinkler.

Spare a thought today for LittleBlondeTom, Dartmac and Norman Grimes - all stranded abroad and miss today's game.

This is becoming like the Oscars when they list the people who've died over the last year :( If you've got any other people you want to name check who are stuck abroad, let us know - puredfc@gmail.com

Email in - apparently Ben Stevens has gone to Margate today to watch the U21's. Not exactly the same as being stuck in France or Prague (like Norman) but yeah...

Email from the Prague DFCSA branch, Norman:

"Thanks for name check, I am stuck in Prague was due home but looking like Monday morning at the earliest. Can't believe come all this way following the Darts and miss the big one give an extra cheer for me am so gutted I could and propably will cry !!

Walked past Dukla Pragues ground last night would have bought an away strip if they had been open !!
Anyway on a happier note sitting in Irish Bar on Thursday night watching Sky Sports cannot tell you what a wonderful feeling it was to see Ryman League table come up with Dartford in yellow and a little C beside them I raised my glass and cheered !!!
Have been in Prague for 4 days now with nothing to do but still don't think I've drunk as much as I did last saturday !!

Keep up the good work
DFCSA (Prague Branch)"
