It was a good game tonight and well done to the lads for putting in another fine performance.
To be honest we should have been well clear in the first half with the game out of Wealdstones reach, we played some great football and had several good chances but on this occasion we didn't take them. Wealdstone came into it a bit second half so i suppose not too bad a result. I think it just shows what a good team we are and what a great run we are on at the moment when after securing the championship we have just got a draw at a team pushing for a play off spot and i am disappointed we didn't take all three points.

As usual some good performances tonight, Coyley had another good game but for me MOTM Lee Noble.

Chatting with Spike on the way home and we both agreed that the lads have been absolutely tremendous since we won the league at Kingstonians. No let up in performance and some very good results, some teams would have just played the season out and not bothered too much but we have maintained our performances. The players are not only a credit to the club but also other teams in the league who still have things to play for.

We are still top of the current form chart and i'm confident we will remain unbeaten until the end of the season with two further victories and 100 goals scored. Gonna enjoy these last two games.

WELL DONE LADS

Thought Wealdstone looked a decent side at times, lacking a bit of a finish. It's a shame we couldn't finish things in the first chance - Burnsy can't buy a goal, it seems and Tait was very, very unlucky that the keeper decided to pull off a world class save in the first half.

One question that I guess may have been answered elsewhere (apologies if it was) but did Jamie Day get a winners medal for his efforts at the start of the season??

How on earth did we manage to go in at half-time with just one goal to show for our efforts? We played some superb football in the first half and must have squandered 4 or 5 gilt edged chances. The usually superb and reliable (player of the season) Lee Burns was the biggest culprit as he had one of those nights when he couldn't hit a cows arse with a truck load of banjos and even jokingly called for his own substitution at one point. Despite those misses, Lee kept plugging away and still had a decent game in all oher respects. However, I suppose it was inevitable that a team chasing a play-off spot would come back at us at some point so it was not particularly surprising to see Wealdstone up their game in the second half and eventually we were made to pay for our earlier misses.

As Welsh Waffler says, it's a compliment to our team that, having already won the league, we came away from last night's game slightly disappointed that we had only managed a draw, away from home, against promotion chasing opponents. In the cold light of day, it's was obviously a decent result. Another good all-round team performance but I thought Lee Noble had probably his best game of the season last night and pipped Shinn for my MOTM.

When we left Kingstonian's ground just a couple of weeks back, I wondered if that would be our last good performance of the season and whether we would see the players ease back off the throttle. Far from it! We have played 4 more games and have won 2 drawn 2. We are still the form team and still racking up the points. We can still get 93 points and are only 3 off reaching 100 league goals. What a fantastic season!

Good game last night. Some good football played by both sides but how the hell we were not 5-0 up at half time I do not know. Nice to see some football on the floor and not head tennis for the majority of the game ( the pitch, although slanted probably helped).
Enjoyable game, we possibly edged it but a draw was a fair result I feel.
Now for Hendon and to finish with the finale  at Bognor!.. Lets break the 100 goals eh?

A pretty late challenge if I remember correctly.
