for those who couldnt make it  , you missed a treat , both sides played really good quality football and it was a good match to watch

darts deserved to win although tonbridge made a good fist of it , not going to single any players out as all of the team scored at least 7 out of 10 but very obvious just how much pace there is in the side

respect is often a misplaced word but certainly henno and steve deserve it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

looking forward to saturday and the final v VCD at welling

so another trophy won , well done to the team and management

UP THE DARTS

Once again the Lumix TZ5 lets me down when it got dark & the floodlights came on. Very annoyed about that,
but overjoyed that Henno & his team won some silverware.

There was someone else there with a "proper" camera, so all is not lost. We couldn't hear you Eagle, so presumed you were not in the ground.
The ref deserved the stick in the second half.

Here's my lame effort:

Yep ....a really enjoyable game and a thoroughly deserved victory.

The Tonbridge keeper made at least 2 exceptional save before the Darts went in front, and apart from a 10 minute spell early in the second half, thought the Darts were always in control.

The U21 certainly try and play football the right way, and I'm sure a number will be figuring in Tony's plans before too long..well done lads !!!

Congratulations to Henno, Steve and the team a throughly deserved win with lots of good football played and both keepers making several good saves.

So many missed chances for the Darts but at 1-0 it was worth watching Henno's face as the final minutes ticked by and then 5 minutes extra time, meaning he paced up and down even more cursing the referee, then a second goal with around a minute left and that smug look appeared.

Magic moment

I've been sent some photos from Steve Griggs which I'll try to put up tonight (if not, it'll be tomorrow night - lots going on at the moment).

Congratulations to Henno, Steve and the lads on a good win. Some great football played at times a real pleasure to watch. Had it not been for some excellant saves from the Tonbridge keeper then the scoreline wouldve been higher. WELL DONE ALL.

Was anyone in the bar at half-time during this match, and noticed any abusive behaviour going on? I believe the club have had a complaint about it - I wasn't in there, so didn't hear anything. If you did, can you contact the club on 01322 299990 during office hours or drop me an email in the strictest of confidences?

Thank you.
