Ray,
have you considered becoming a partner of youtube? As I think you have enough hits to become one.

I think it would be good for you because you could style it to make it identical to your website.

Didn't initially really understand this 'partner' thing fully, but from a purely personal point of view I find the adverts on certain 'You Tube' videos annoying ....have now checked it out and the general consensus on the web is that you need 250,000 hits per video in order  to make it pay...I know they're good but think this might be a little bit optimistic. xwhis
