I wonder if flags are allowed to be in full view of the local community? (Princes Park, DFC - like it was at Watling St - + any other like 'Olympics', England etc...)
If so, Stephen may be a DFC flag bearer, with his Brick shown next to it?

Just to let everyone know that the latest set of bricks have been put up - with Stephen's near the top right hand corner (just above O'B and family).

Ken in the Shop spoke with Eagle88 and confirmed the details. If you can see him on Saturday he is the man that deals with the bricks and will take the money.

WW, I know the money was taken out of the fund to buy Stephen a brick but are you still collecting for that trophy cabinet? If you are then I will hand you some money on Saturday.

I believe the glass is being fitted later today by the guys from SEALTITE, as soon as the club has final costs I will start collecting.

Just to keep everyone up to date on the trophy cabinet:-
The glass as you probably saw today has not yet been fitted, this was because there are a few minor adjustments needed before this can be installed. Hopefully this won't be to long and as soon as it is completed i will get the final figure from the club and start collecting. Already people are starting to offer contributons (thanks) but i won't start until we have the exact amount needed, i would rather have a target amount before we commence. Will let you know as soon as i have any more info.

Also paid for Stephen Bordely's brick today out of the kitty from the last collection. this sits proudly on display and is a fitting tribute.
RIP Stephen.

Thanks.

Have only recently got the confirmation that the trophy cabinet has been paid for/donated in full by the following:-

SEALTITE WINDOWS
THE LIFECARE CENTRE
JOHN MAY

Another fantastic gesture by all concerned, thanks guys.

So that means if you are up for it we have another target??

Any sensible suggestions welcome, the only thing i can think of is some additional/more/better equipment for Sony.

Think Sony not long got a new camera.
Maybe a holiday for the guy, or an assistant. Sure he would like to watch a game normally sometime?
Maybe a better second camera for Hummer Kid?

cue Eagle and his lens??  :-D

How about our own coach with working air con/heating???

Constructive criticism?? Don't get it. If it's still criticism, how is it constructive?

We have spoke about a scoreboard before but I think the costs were too much.

I believe the club are looking into a score board and sponsorship for it, what they have seen are about £20,000.00 to get anything good, so I think that is out of the question don't you.
