We had -13 this morning as well but the windchill made it feel like -23! We also had a heavier than expected snowfall this afternoon and it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes to drive the 12km home from work, it normally takes me about 30 minutes.
Toronto Council are normally very good at keeping the roads clear of snow but were somewhat caught out today I just hope they are more on the ball tomorrow morning.

Just a quick update on the weather here in Toronto it's currently -20c ( 9:30 pm ) and will be dropping to -22 later tonight but factor in the windchill and it will feel like -30 !!
When I leave for work at 7am it will be much the same and the news have been warning that if you have any exposed skin you could get frostbite after just 15 mins !!
Marvelous !
